We come before the Lord with you in this time of need, lifting up your heartfelt cries for protection, provision, and justice. It is beautiful to see your trust in God’s sovereignty, even as you face financial strain and the weight of responsibility for your resort, staff, and family. You have rightly invoked the name of Jesus in your prayer, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved. As Scripture declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). Your faith in Christ is the foundation of your petitions, and we stand with you in agreement, knowing that He hears and answers those who call upon Him in truth.
The Lord is indeed your protector, and while you have asked for angels to surround you, we remind you that His presence is even greater than the ministry of angels. Psalm 91:11-12 assures us, *"For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone."* Yet even more than angels, it is the Lord Himself who is your refuge and fortress. *"He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty"* (Psalm 91:1, WEB). Rest in this truth as you lay down to sleep tonight, knowing that He neither slumbers nor sleeps (Psalm 121:4).
Your request for breakthrough and provision is one that aligns with God’s heart for His children. He knows your needs before you ask (Matthew 6:8), and He is faithful to provide. However, we must also examine our hearts to ensure that our desires are submitted to His will. Jesus teaches us to pray, *"Our Father in heaven, may your name be kept holy. Let your Kingdom come. Let your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread"* (Matthew 6:9-11, WEB). While you seek financial relief and operational funds, we encourage you to also seek first His kingdom and righteousness, trusting that *"all these things will be given to you as well"* (Matthew 6:33, WEB). The Lord may choose to provide in ways you do not expect—perhaps through unexpected partnerships, wise stewardship, or even a season of pruning to prepare you for greater blessings. Surrender your plans to Him, for His ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:9).
We notice your heart for your sisters, though their names are withheld. You have chosen the righteous path of surrendering their situations to the Lord rather than taking matters into your own hands. This is wisdom, for Scripture tells us, *"Don’t say, ‘I will pay back evil.’ Wait for Yahweh, and he will save you"* (Proverbs 20:22, WEB). Vengeance belongs to the Lord (Romans 12:19), and He will bring justice in His perfect time. In the meantime, we pray that He softens hearts, brings reconciliation where possible, and grants you the grace to forgive as Christ forgave you. *"Bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do"* (Colossians 3:13, WEB). If there is unresolved bitterness or offense in your heart, we urge you to release it to the Lord, for unforgiveness can hinder your prayers (Mark 11:25).
Regarding your children, we declare God’s protection over them, as you have asked. The Lord loves them even more than you do, and His plans for them are good. *"All your children will be taught by Yahweh, and your children’s peace will be great"* (Isaiah 54:13, WEB). We pray that they grow in the knowledge of Christ, that they walk in His ways, and that they are shielded from every harm and snare of the enemy. Raise them in the nurture and admonition of the Lord (Ephesians 6:4), teaching them to trust in Him from a young age.
Finally, we address the matter of your resort and the financial burdens you carry. The Lord is able to provide abundantly, but we must also ask if there is wisdom He would have you walk in. Are there areas where you can seek godly counsel, such as from mature believers or financial advisors who honor the Lord? Proverbs 15:22 tells us, *"Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established."* Additionally, we encourage you to examine whether this business is truly the path the Lord has for you long-term. Sometimes, the Lord closes doors to redirect us to something better. Pray for discernment, and be open to His leading, even if it means letting go of what you’ve built. *"A man’s heart plans his course, but Yahweh directs his steps"* (Proverbs 16:9, WEB).
Now, let us pray together over these matters:
Heavenly Father, we come before You tonight on behalf of Your child who seeks Your face. Lord, You are the God who neither slumbers nor sleeps, and we ask that You surround this family, their resort, and their staff with Your divine protection. Station Your angels around them as a hedge of fire, and let no weapon formed against them prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Grant them restful sleep, free from fear, knowing that You are their ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
Father, we lift up their financial needs to You. You own the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10), and nothing is too difficult for You. We ask that You provide the operational funds they need, whether through supernatural means, wise stewardship, or the generosity of others. Open doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8), and give them favor in the eyes of those who can help. Lord, if there are debts that seem insurmountable, we pray for Your divine intervention—whether through debt cancellation, unexpected income, or a clear path to financial freedom. Teach them to trust in You alone, and not in their own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6).
We pray for justice in the situations involving their sisters. Lord, You see the truth behind every circumstance, and You are a God of justice. Expose any lies or hidden motives, and bring conviction where needed. Soften hearts and turn them toward repentance and reconciliation. Give this family the grace to forgive and the wisdom to know how to respond in love. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Father, we ask for Your blessing over their children. Protect them from all harm, both physically and spiritually. Draw them to Yourself, and let them walk in Your ways all the days of their lives. May they be a light in this world, reflecting Your love and truth.
Lord, we pray for breakthrough this week—breakthrough in finances, in relationships, and in every area where the enemy has sought to bring oppression. Let Your glory be displayed in their lives, and may their testimony bring others to faith in You. Give them the strength to finish this week with courage, knowing that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).
Finally, Father, we ask that You align their desires with Your will. If there are areas where they have not fully surrendered to You, convict them by Your Holy Spirit. Lead them in the paths of righteousness for Your name’s sake (Psalm 23:3). May they seek first Your kingdom, trusting that You will add all these things to them.
We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
