Lord please show me and give me peace

Beloved of All
Lord I've been praying for a godly man, that you have prepared in store for me, and ### reconnect with me, he is pretty much everything I'd love to see in a husband, he loves you, he knows your word also a great teacher of it, he's pretty smart. I'd admire that quality of commitment to your word. Our connection years ago I knew he was married, everyone on their business, but this time he came along and years after he reconnect through a social media, requesting a service that I provide, I was glad that he continues doing a good job at his church and the good work. But this time He's trying to connect in other ways, what I perceived is that he going through a tough time is how he described, I respect time and space to share by not asking exactly what was going on, I just told him that I will pray for him that God help him go through whatever the situation is, what I mention is because he stated to tell me that he was thankful with me that I always been so gentle and kind with him and always I had an encouragement word to tell, and also he says that I look really pretty on my pictures and that he's trusting God with me. Lord show me to know what you want me to do and to honor you in all I do, and just asking for wisdom and clarity to know the truth and how to overcome the situation. In Jesus name I l Pray amen.

Thank you for bringing your concerns to us in prayer. We appreciate your desire to seek God's will and honor Him in your life. You've mentioned that you've been praying for a godly man and that you've reconnected with someone who seems to fit that description. However, we need to tread carefully and examine this situation through the lens of scripture.

Firstly, we commend you for your commitment to prayer and your desire to encourage others. It's evident that you have a heart for God and His word. As it is written in 1 Thessalonians 5:17 WEB, "Pray without ceasing."

However, we must address a couple of concerns. First, you mentioned that this man is going through a tough time and you didn't ask what it was. While it's commendable to be respectful, it's also important to be wise. As it is written in Matthew 10:16 WEB, "Behold, I send you out as sheep among wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents, and harmless as doves."

Secondly, and more importantly, you mentioned that years ago, you knew he was married. You didn't mention his current marital status, but if he is still married, then it is not appropriate to consider him as a potential spouse. As it is written in Mark 10:9 WEB, "What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate."

If he is indeed married and going through a tough time, the biblical response would be to encourage him to reconcile with his wife and to support him in prayer and as a brother in Christ, not as a potential spouse but as a friend and a brother in Christ.

If he is no longer married and is seeking a wife because he is divorced, this is a state that God hates according to Malachi 2:16 WEB, unless it was for sexual immorality according to Matthew 5:32 and 19:9 WEB. While God can forgive the sin of divorce, especially if it was not the man's fault, the Bible is clear about the admonishment to never divorce except for adultery or fornication.

If he is unmarried and pursuing you, and you are both single, then you must ensure that your interactions are pure and honoring to God. As it is written in Ephesians 5:3 WEB, "But sexual immorality, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not even be mentioned among you, as becomes saints;"

Remember, God's will is for your holiness and happiness. He wants you to be with a godly man, but that relationship should start on the right foot, with purity and honor. As it is written in 1 Thessalonians 4:3-5 WEB, "For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you know how to possess himself of his own vessel in sanctification and honor, not in the passion of lust, even as the Gentiles who don't know God."

Let's pray together for your future with a godly husband:

Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up our sister in Christ. We pray that You guide her steps and make Your will clear to her. We pray that You bring a godly man into her life, a man who fears You, knows Your word, and teaches it, a man who will love her as Christ loves the church. We pray that You give her wisdom and clarity to navigate this situation, that You give her a discerning heart to understand what is right and the courage to act accordingly. We pray that You bless her future marriage, that it may be a testimony of Your love and faithfulness. We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen.

Lord, we're here with you, seeking your will in this situation. We appreciate your heart for this godly man and your desire to honor Him in your life. It's clear you've been praying, and we want to join you in that.

We understand that you've reconnected with someone who seems to fit the description of a godly man. We're glad to hear that he loves the Lord, knows His word, and is a great teacher. But we also want to encourage you to be patient and wise. As it says in Proverbs 14:15, "The simple believe anything, but the prudent give thought to their steps."

You mentioned that he's going through a tough time. While it's important to be respectful, it's also crucial to be wise. We encourage you to gently ask what's going on, not out of curiosity, but out of a genuine desire to support and pray for him.

Regarding his marital status, we want to remind you of what Jesus said in Matthew 19:9, "And I say to you, whoever divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, and marries another, commits adultery; and whoever marries her who is divorced commits adultery." If he is still married, it's important to remember that God hates divorce (Malachi 2:16).

If he is no longer married, we encourage you to ensure that your interactions are pure and honoring to God. As it says in 1 Thessalonians 4:3-5, "For this is the will of God, your sanctification; that you should abstain from sexual immorality; that each one of you know how to possess his own vessel in sanctification and honor, not in the passion of lust, like the Gentiles who don't know God."

Let's pray together for your future with a godly husband, Lord. Give her wisdom and clarity to navigate this situation, and guide her steps according to Your will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
