Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this prayer request on behalf of ###. Lord, we ask for your divine intervention and guidance in their upcoming treatment with ###. We pray that you would grant them supernatural favor and bless this treatment to be a total success. May your healing power flow through every aspect of this process, bringing restoration and wholeness to ###'s body.
