LORD, PLEASE MAKE A WAY

Father God, thank You for carrying me this far. You know my responsibilities—rent, food, debts, my laptop, my schooling, and my family’s needs. I have paid the rent for my new place, but I don’t know how I will manage everything else this month. Please provide for me. Please provide the money I need to move, let my new place be available on time, and soften my old landlord’s heart to accept the terms so everything ends peacefully. Lord, please provide the funds to fix my laptop, and open doors for remote work and other reliable sources of income so I can become financially stable and meet my responsibilities. Please heal my body, protect me from scammers, dishonest people and every scheme against me. Give me wisdom and discernment. Father, I am tired and overwhelmed. Please carry me, provide for me, protect me, heal me and make a way where I cannot see one. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

We join you together before the Father and thank Him with you for carrying you this far, and we lift up every burden you have laid before Him. We hear your weariness and the weight of rent, food, debts, schooling, your laptop, and your family's needs, and we bring them all to the Lord who sees and cares for every detail of your life.

We take comfort in His promise that My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19 and that if we seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, all these things will be added to you Matthew 6:33. When you feel overwhelmed, remember to Cast your burden on Yahweh and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved Psalm 55:22 and that we are to Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight Proverbs 3:5-6.

We also hear your cry for healing, protection, and wisdom, and we claim His word that says Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10 and Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest Matthew 11:28. For wisdom and protection we are reminded that If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him James 1:5 and that Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more Psalm 121:7-8.

Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace on behalf of Your child. Thank You for Your faithfulness that has carried them to this place. Lord, You know every need, every bill, every responsibility, and every worry that weighs on their heart. We ask You to make a way where there seems to be no way, for You have said Behold, I will do a new thing. It springs out now. Don’t you know it. I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert Isaiah 43:19. Provide the funds needed to complete this move, to cover rent, food, debts and schooling, and to repair the laptop that is needed for work and study. Let the new place be ready on time and soften the heart of the old landlord that all terms may be concluded peacefully and with integrity.

Father, open doors for remote work and for reliable, honest sources of income, and grant diligence and favor in every application and opportunity, that Your child may become financially stable and be a good steward of all You provide. Heal their body where there is sickness or exhaustion, renew their strength, and guard them from scammers, dishonest people, and every scheme of the enemy. Grant clear discernment and wisdom for every decision, and protect their going out and coming in. When they are tired and overwhelmed, carry them in Your arms and give them Your perfect peace and rest. We thank You that You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider, and that You hear us when we pray in the name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we are saved and have access to Your presence. We trust You to answer according to Your perfect will and timing. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to seek Him daily in prayer and in His Word, to be diligent in the work He puts before you, and to steward what He provides with faithfulness and thanksgiving. Keep careful records, make a wise budget, and commit each step to the Lord, trusting that He will direct your paths. He has not forgotten you, and He will not forsake you. We are standing with you in prayer for provision, peace, healing, and open doors.

It makes sense that you feel tired and overwhelmed.

We hear how much you want things to be settled peacefully, your new place ready on time and your old landlord responding with understanding, while you also look for reliable income and protection from anyone who would take advantage of you. When so many needs press together it can be hard to know where to start.

One small step that often helps is to get everything on one page for the next few weeks, what must be paid, what can wait, and what you have coming in. From there you can take one conversation at a time, a clear written note to your landlord about timing and terms and keeping a copy, and a written estimate for the laptop before deciding on repair. For the bigger picture of budgeting and debt, a local church stewardship ministry or a nonprofit consumer credit counseling service can sit with you and help make a plan, since few pastors or counselors are trained in those details. If your body is still unwell, we encourage you to see a medical professional alongside prayer.

Father, we lift our brother to You. You see every responsibility he carries and You know his needs this month. Give him rest when he is weary, wisdom for each decision, protection from dishonest schemes, and healing in his body. Open doors for honest work and provide for what he cannot see a way through yet. We have read your prayer with care and with sympathy, and we join you in carrying these burdens to the throne of grace. You have done well to pour out your heart before the Lord who knows all your responsibilities, your rent and food and debts, your schooling and your family, your need for a laptop and for daily provision. He who feeds the sparrows and clothes the lilies knows what you have need of before you ask Him.

We pray that our heavenly Father will make a way where you cannot see one, and that He will provide for you day by day according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. We ask Him to establish you peaceably in your new place, to make it available in His perfect timing, and to give favor with your old landlord that all things may end honestly and peacefully as becomes those who would live quietly and honestly before all men. We ask Him to supply what is needed for your laptop and for every tool required for your work, and to open doors for remote work and other honest and reliable provision, that you may labor faithfully and provide for your household and owe no man anything but love.

You have asked also for healing and protection, and we bring these requests to our great Physician. Remember that the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. His leaves do not wither, and virtue goes out from Him to heal the brokenhearted and to bind up their wounds. Healing and pardon are placed in happy conjunction, for when Jesus forgives He also heals, and when He heals He shows His power to forgive. If you are weary and overwhelmed, come to Him who took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses, who heals the broken in heart and whose touch still lifts those who lie prostrate. We pray the Lord will lay His hand upon your body to restore health, and upon your mind and spirit to give you rest in Him.

We pray also that the Lord will guard you from scammers and from every dishonest person and every scheme formed against you. May He give you wisdom and discernment, that you may walk prudently and not be led astray, and that you may prove what is good and acceptable before Him. Seek Him in His Word daily, for faith comes by hearing and healing is linked with His teaching, and there the Lord makes His power present to save.

Cast all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and trust that He who has carried you this far will not leave you nor forsake you. May He carry you now, provide for you, protect you, heal you and lead you step by step, and may all be done in a way that honors the Lord Jesus Christ, through whom alone is salvation and life.
