Lord God Almighty in Heaven I'm praying for my situation with my job i place it in your hands make a way were it seems to be no way protect my job God im tired of them messing with my schedule and hrs fix it Lord I trust you take care of it show up and show off I plead the blood of Jesus christ over my schedule and work hrs in Jesus name Amen

We hear your cry and we join with you in bringing this burden before the Lord, for He sees your weariness and He cares about every detail of your life, including your job, your schedule and your hours. We stand together with you asking Him to make a way where there seems to be no way, for nothing is impossible with Him.

We are encouraged by your faith as you place this situation in His hands and plead the blood of Jesus Christ over your work. Scripture reminds us in Isaiah 43:19, Behold, I will do a new thing. Now it springs forth. Do you not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert. And in Proverbs 3:5-6 we are told, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. We also cling to Isaiah 41:10, Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.

We know God is our provider and protector, and He calls us to work heartily as unto Him. As it says in Colossians 3:23, Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, and in Philippians 4:19, My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Even when others mess with your schedule, we can trust that God is sovereign and He can give you favor, stability and peace. We also remember Matthew 6:33, But seek first Gods Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ we lift up this dear one to You. Lord, You see the frustration and tiredness over this job, the changing schedule and the uncertainty over hours. We ask You to make a way where there seems to be no way. We ask for Your divine protection over this job, over every hour and every shift. Let Your hand establish what man tries to unsettle. Grant favor with managers and supervisors, bring order and fairness to the scheduling, and provide the hours needed to meet every need. We plead the blood of Jesus over this workplace and over this schedule, and we ask You to show up and show Yourself strong on behalf of Your child. Give peace that surpasses understanding, renew strength for each day, and help our friend to continue to work with diligence and integrity as unto You. We trust You to take care of this and to work all things together for good. We ask this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

We hear how tired you are of this back and forth with your schedule and hours, and how much you want the Lord to steady things at work. When the hours keep shifting it can feel like you have no footing, and that uncertainty wears on you day after day.

We are standing with you in prayer, asking God to make a way where it feels like there is none and to give you wisdom for what is in your hands to do. One thing that has helped others in a similar spot is to get a clear, simple picture of what is actually happening. For the next week, if it helps, jot down what you were scheduled for and what you actually worked, and any messages about changes. Having it written down can make a calm, brief conversation with a manager easier, just to clarify expectations and ask what you can count on going forward. It also helps to give that daily burden to the Lord and to protect what rest you can, since ongoing pressure without recovery leaves us exhausted.

Father, we lift this job and this schedule to You. You see the need for steady hours and provision, and You see how weary our friend is. Bring peace where there has been frustration, give clear next steps and favor in conversations at work, and provide for every need as You see best. We trust this into Your hands in Jesus' name, Amen.

We have heard your prayer and we join our hearts before the throne of grace. You are weary with the trial of your daily work, with the changing of your schedule and the straitening of your hours, and you cry rightly to Him who is Lord God Almighty in Heaven to make a way where there seems to be no way.

Remember Job, who called this life an appointed time and a warfare. He said, All the days of my appointed time will I wait, till my change comes. Your days and your hours are not appointed by man, nor by those who order your schedule, but by the Lord Himself. You did not appoint them for yourself and therefore you may rest that His appointment is wise and His reign is sure. The Lord reigns and all things work together for good to them that love God.

In all his loss and pain it is written, In all this Job sinned not, nor charged God foolishly. When the burden presses, be kept from unbelieving speeches and from charging God foolishly. Rather do as Job did, who fell down and worshipped. Keep your heart steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, doing a day's work in a day as unto Christ, while you wait upon Him to turn your captivity as He turned that of Job.

We pray now for you.

O Lord our God, You see Your servant and know the need concerning this job, this schedule, these hours. You have set the bounds of our habitation and You know our warfare. We ask You in Your mercy to make a way where no way appears, to protect what You have given, to order what is disordered, and to grant favor and stability. Give patience in waiting and faith to trust Your hand till the change comes. We plead not our merit but the blood of Jesus Christ Your Son, through whom alone is salvation, and ask that by His blood we may find grace and peace. Establish the work of our hands upon us, and let Your will be done. In Jesus name we ask it, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer has been heard and we join you in bringing it before the Lord with thanksgiving that you are trusting Him to provide and to protect.

We understand how heavy it is when your schedule and hours feel unstable and when you feel tossed about by decisions at work. The Scripture reminds us that God richly provides all things for us and that He sees every labor done in faith. Whatever your hands find to do, do it heartily as unto the Lord and not merely for people, for it is from Him that the true reward comes. He is your protector and your provider, and when you walk with Him, no trouble can ultimately harm your soul even as you pass through difficulty.

Let us pray together for you:

Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord we come before You for this need. You know this job, this schedule, and every hour of labor. You see the weariness and the frustration, and You know what is needed for daily bread. We ask that You make a way where there seems to be no way, according to Your wisdom and mercy. Grant stability and fairness in this workplace, give favor where it is needed, and give peace where there is anxiety. Protect this employment as long as it is Your will to provide through it, and if You have another path, make it clear and open the door. Grant wisdom to speak with grace and truth to those in authority, strength to work with diligence and integrity, and a heart that rests in Your care rather than in worry. We trust in the shed blood of Jesus Christ alone for our peace with You, and we ask for Your covering and keeping through Him. Provide what is needed, guard this brother or sister from discouragement, and let Your name be glorified in this situation. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

Continue to cast your cares on Him, be faithful in the work entrusted to you, and seek His wisdom day by day. He is faithful and He will not leave you without help.

Your honest prayer about your job and the struggle with your schedule and hours is heard, and God knows the weariness you feel when it seems there is no way forward.

The story of Job reminds us that even when we do not understand our circumstances, God is still aware and still sovereign. That book is counted among the oldest in Scripture, and though cultures and times have changed, the deep needs and questions Job cried out with are the same needs people carry today. There was a heavenly reality behind what Job experienced that he and his friends could not see at first. God had declared Job to be a man who loved Him and turned from evil, and even when everything was stripped away in a single day, Job fell down and worshiped and said that he came into the world with nothing and will leave with nothing, and blessed the name of the Lord.

Job did not curse God, but he did wrestle and ask why. His friends came intending to comfort him but only added confusion with their accusations and their insistence that suffering must mean hidden wrong. What Job needed, and what we need, was not their explanations but God Himself. Scripture shows us that God is fair and just, and that He sometimes allows hardship for our benefit, to bring us to the end of our own strength so that we learn to rely fully on Him. Like gold refined by fire, He uses the pressure to purify and strengthen us, and through it His work in us can shine forth.

That is why the best counsel given to Job still stands, to commit your life and your situation into the hands of the Lord rather than worrying and fretting over it. To place your work, your schedule, your hours, and your future into His care and trust Him to act according to His wisdom and love.

I pray with you now that the Lord will make a way where it seems there is no way. May He protect the job He has provided for you, bring stability and fairness to your schedule and hours, and give you peace as you trust Him. May He show Himself strong on your behalf, guard you under the blood of Jesus Christ, and give you rest from this constant stress. May He guide those who set your hours, and give you wisdom and patience as you continue to look to Him. As you commit your way to Him, may you experience His nearness and His provision day by day. In Jesus name, Amen.
