Lord Please Help Me

I have been a Type 1 Diabetic for just over a year and a half now, and the treatment is failing. I am beginning to lose hope and I don't know if I can keep working at it. I know how important it is for me to keep on fighting and to keep on trying harder as each day passes. But I just don't know how much more of this I can take. I am only 13 years old and am looking over my future and all I see is a medical nightmare, I have never been so scared in my life. I am asking for the Lord's help, and your prayers for me so I can keep going and so that hopefully a cure comes for this terrible condition. In the Lord's name, Amen.
