I too have had my heart so deeply hurt, so many extreme trials that the only thing I could pray was Lord help. He has not left you alone, "I will never leave you nor forsake you," and has declared "The Lord is faithful to all of His promises and loving toward all He has made." When Elijah ran from Jezebel and hid in the cave, the Lord's voice was not in the wind and the fire and it was not in the earthquake it was in a still small voice. When your heart is screaming and so many worries are yelling in your spirit for your attention get alone with God and listen to praise music until your flesh subsides and you finally feel the sweet peace of His presence and He will speak to your heart and guide you. He will give you peace and instruction regarding your prayers. Get alone with Him and He will calm your fears and guide you for if He cares enough to number the hairs on your head, even the smallest things in your life to biggest; they all matter to God. He loves you and will take care of you. Trust Him; with that peace will come and the strength to endure until He answers your prayers. God bless you.
