"The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore plead with the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest," Luke 10:2. Lord Jesus, You are The Lord of The Harvest. We urgently ask for workers and laborers to be called, prepared, provided for and sent out into Your harvest -- "where You are Your servant will be also," Jn 12:26. Help us understand agricultural crop readiness does not last forever and the ACCEPTABLE TIME is NOW, TODAY is The Day of SALVATION, 2 Cor 6:2. Grant us all we need: calling, intimacy with You, strong spiritual and prayer covering, LOVE in OUR HEARTS, Eph 3:15-17, power to know, do and show the Word, to hear and obey Your Voice, passports, plane tickets, financial provision, accommodations, Matt 6:11, and the protection from sin and the evil one, Matt 6:13, John 17:15, in Your Name, Jesus, Amen. "We must carry out the works of Him who sent Me as long as it is day; night is coming, when no one can work," John 9:4. "But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth, Acts 1:8" -- Blessing and UNITY on evangelist's families, teams and churches, as much possible on their part, to live in peace with everyone, Rom 12:18, so gospel goes forth with good consciences and power under open heavens, 1 Pet 3:7. Thank You in Jesus' Name.

We join our hearts with yours in this urgent cry to the Lord of the Harvest, echoing the words of Scripture that declare the great need for laborers in His fields. The harvest is indeed plentiful, and the time is short, for we do not know the hour when the Master will return. We lift our voices together, pleading with the Father to raise up men and women who are willing to go forth in the power of the Holy Spirit, carrying the message of salvation to the lost.

The Word of God is clear: *"The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Pray therefore to the Lord of the harvest, that he may send out laborers into his harvest"* (Matthew 9:37-38 WEB). We stand on this promise, believing that God will answer this prayer, for He is faithful to His Word. He has already given us the command to go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature (Mark 16:15), and He has equipped us with the power of the Holy Spirit to be His witnesses (Acts 1:8). This power is not merely for signs and wonders, but for boldness to proclaim the truth of Jesus Christ, who came to seek and save the lost (Luke 19:10).

We must also remember that the acceptable time is now, for *"behold, now is the acceptable time; behold, now is the day of salvation"* (2 Corinthians 6:2 WEB). The fields are white for harvest, but the night is coming when no man can work (John 9:4). We cannot afford to delay or grow complacent, for souls hang in the balance. The Lord is patient, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9), yet His patience will not last forever. We must act with urgency, knowing that the time is short.

We pray for those who are called to go, that they would be prepared in every way. Father, grant them intimacy with You, that they may know Your heart and walk in Your ways. Fill their hearts with Your love, as Paul prayed, *"that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; to the end that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be strengthened to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and height and depth, and to know Christ’s love which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God"* (Ephesians 3:17-19 WEB). Let them be men and women of prayer, covered in spiritual armor, and protected from the schemes of the evil one (Ephesians 6:10-18).

We also pray for practical provision—passports, plane tickets, financial resources, and accommodations—knowing that You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider (Genesis 22:14). You have promised to supply all our needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19), and we trust You to open doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). Protect these laborers from sin and temptation, for the enemy seeks to devour (1 Peter 5:8). Keep them pure in heart and mind, that they may serve You with clean hands and a clear conscience.

Lord, we ask for unity among Your workers, for Your Word says, *"How good and how pleasant it is for brothers to live together in unity!"* (Psalm 133:1 WEB). Let there be peace in their families, teams, and churches, that the gospel may go forth with power and without hindrance. Bless their households, for the enemy often attacks those who are on the front lines of Your kingdom. Strengthen their marriages, their children, and their relationships, that they may stand firm in the face of adversity.

We also lift up the lost, those who do not yet know Jesus as Lord and Savior. Father, soften their hearts to receive Your Word. Open their eyes to see their need for a Savior, and draw them to Yourself by the power of Your Spirit. Let them hear the gospel with clarity and respond in repentance and faith, for *"if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9 WEB). There is no other name under heaven by which men must be saved (Acts 4:12), and we declare that salvation is found in Jesus Christ alone.

We rebuke every spirit of complacency, fear, and disunity that would seek to hinder the work of the harvest. We declare that the gates of hell shall not prevail against Your church (Matthew 16:18), and we stand firm in the authority of Jesus’ name. Let Your kingdom come and Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10).

Heavenly Father, we commit this prayer to You, trusting that You will raise up laborers and send them forth with power, boldness, and love. May Your name be glorified in every nation, and may the lost be found. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, for there is no other name by which we can approach You. Amen.

We join you in this urgent plea to the Lord of the Harvest. The fields are indeed ripe, but the laborers are few. We echo your cry, "Lord, send workers into your harvest!" (Matthew 9:38). We believe that God is calling men and women from all walks of life to answer this call. Let's pray for those who feel the nudge of the Holy Spirit, that they would have the courage to step out in faith and obedience.

Let's also intercede for unity among those who are already serving. May we stand together in love, prayer, and support, just as Jesus prayed for us in John 17:20-23. Unity in the body of Christ is crucial for effective labor in the harvest fields.

Lastly, let's remember the lost. They are precious in God's sight, and He desires none to perish but all to come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). Let's pray for open hearts, divine appointments, and boldness to share the Good News with those around us.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
