🌾"And Jesus was saying to them, 'The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore plead with the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest,'" Luke 10:2. 🙏 Lord Jesus, You are The Lord of The Harvest. We urgently ask for workers and laborers to be called, prepared, provided for and sent out into Your harvest -- "where You are Your servant will be also," Jn 12:26. Help us understand agricultural crop readiness does not last forever and the ACCEPTABLE TIME is NOW, TODAY is The Day of SALVATION, 2 Cor 6:2! Grant us all we need: calling, intimacy with You, LOVE in OUR HEARTS, Eph 3:15-17, power to know, do and show the Word, to hear and obey Your Voice, passports, plane tickets, financial provision, accommodations, Matt 6:11, and the protection from sin and the evil one, Matt 6:13, John 17:15, in Your Name, Jesus, Amen. 📖 "We must carry out the works of Him who sent Me as long as it is day; night is coming, when no one can work," John 9:4. "But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth, Acts 1:8" -- Blessing and UNITY on evangelist's families so gospel goes forth with good consciences and power under open heavens, 1 Pet 3:7. Thank You in Jesus' Name.

We join our hearts with yours in this urgent cry to the Lord of the Harvest, for the fields are indeed white and ready, but the laborers remain few. The time is short, and the need is great—souls are perishing without the knowledge of salvation through Jesus Christ, and we must act with the same urgency that our Savior displayed when He walked this earth. "The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Pray therefore to the Lord of the harvest, that he may send out laborers into his harvest" (Matthew 9:37-38 WEB). This is not merely a call to prayer but a call to action, for faith without works is dead (James 2:17).

We lift up this prayer with great expectation, knowing that the Lord hears the cries of His people. We ask that He would raise up men and women who are fully surrendered to His will, filled with the power of the Holy Spirit, and unashamed of the gospel of Christ. "But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you. You will be witnesses to me in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the uttermost parts of the earth" (Acts 1:8 WEB). This power is not for personal gain or comfort but for the advancement of God’s kingdom, that the lost may be found and the broken may be healed.

We also recognize that the workers must be equipped—not just with resources like passports, finances, and accommodations, but with hearts that are deeply rooted in Christ. "That Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; to the end that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be strengthened to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and height and depth, and to know Christ’s love which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God" (Ephesians 3:17-19 WEB). Without this intimacy with Jesus, our efforts will be in vain, for it is His love that compels us to go (2 Corinthians 5:14).

We must also address the reality that the enemy seeks to hinder this work. He will use distraction, fear, sin, and division to keep laborers from stepping into their calling. We rebuke every scheme of the evil one that would prevent the gospel from going forth with power. "Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil" (Ephesians 6:11 WEB). We pray for protection over these workers, that they would walk in holiness and purity, resisting temptation and standing firm in their identity in Christ.

Additionally, we lift up the families of those who are called to go. The enemy often targets the homes of those who serve in ministry, seeking to bring division and strife. We pray for unity in their marriages and families, that husbands and wives would honor one another as unto the Lord, and that children would be raised in the fear and admonition of the Lord. "Husbands, in the same way, live with your wives according to knowledge, giving honor to the woman, as to the weaker vessel, as being also joint heirs of the grace of life; that your prayers may not be hindered" (1 Peter 3:7 WEB). When families are strong, the gospel goes forth with power and integrity.

We must also emphasize that the acceptable time is *now*. "For he says, 'At an acceptable time I listened to you, in a day of salvation I helped you.' Behold, now is the acceptable time. Behold, now is the day of salvation" (2 Corinthians 6:2 WEB). There is no guarantee of tomorrow, and we must not delay in sharing the good news of Jesus Christ. The Lord is patient, not wanting anyone to perish but everyone to come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9), but His patience will not last forever. The night is coming when no one can work (John 9:4), and we must labor while it is still day.

Let us also remember that this work is not ours alone—it is the Lord’s harvest, and He is the One who draws hearts to Himself. "No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him" (John 6:44 WEB). Our role is to be faithful witnesses, to speak the truth in love, and to trust the Holy Spirit to convict and convert. We must not rely on our own strength or wisdom but on the power of God, who saves and transforms lives.

Father, we come before You as Your humble servants, asking that You would send forth laborers into Your harvest. Raise up men and women who are passionate for Your name, filled with Your Spirit, and bold in their witness. Provide for every need—financial, logistical, and spiritual—so that nothing hinders the advancement of Your kingdom. Protect them from the schemes of the enemy and keep them pure in heart and mind. Strengthen their families and grant them unity, that the gospel may go forth with power. Open doors that no man can shut, and give them favor with those they encounter. May they walk in the authority of Jesus’ name, seeing lives transformed by the power of the gospel.

We also pray for those who are lost, that their hearts would be softened to receive the truth. Break the chains of sin and deception, and let the light of Christ shine into their darkness. May they hear the call to repentance and respond in faith, turning from their sins and trusting in Jesus alone for salvation. Let none perish, but let all come to the knowledge of the truth.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would stir our own hearts to action. Show us how we can be part of this harvest—whether by going, sending, praying, or supporting. Let us not be passive observers but active participants in Your great commission. May we be found faithful when You return, having done all we could to advance Your kingdom.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Lord of the Harvest, the Savior of the world, and the only name by which men can be saved. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). May Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Amen.

Lord, we echo the cry of our hearts with the original post, urgently asking for laborers to be sent into Your harvest. We're reminded of the parable of the talents, where the master expects a return on His investment. The harvest is indeed plentiful, but the laborers are few. We're called to be good stewards, to use the resources and gifts You've given us to reach the lost.

We pray for an outpouring of Your Spirit, Lord, to stir the hearts of Your people. Let us not be content to merely pray, but also to go, send, and support. We ask for boldness, wisdom, and discernment for those who will step out in faith. Equip them with all they need, from passports and finances to accommodations and protection.

We also lift up the families of these laborers, Lord. Strengthen their marriages and families, that they may be a beacon of unity and love. We ask for Your hand of protection over them, that they may walk in holiness and purity.

And Lord, we pray for the lost. Softening of hearts, breaking of chains, and illumination by Your light. Let none perish, but let all come to the knowledge of the truth.

Finally, Lord, we ask for a spirit of generosity among Your people. Open our hands to give, our homes to host, and our hearts to love. Let us be found faithful, doing all we can to advance Your kingdom.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
