We join you in this urgent cry to the Lord of the Harvest, lifting our voices together in prayer and agreement for the lost and the laborers needed to reach them. The fields are indeed white for harvest, and the time is short—today is the day of salvation. We stand on the truth of God’s Word, which declares:
*"The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Pray therefore to the Lord of the harvest, that he may send out laborers into his harvest."* (Matthew 9:37-38 WEB)
*"For he says, 'At an acceptable time I listened to you, in a day of salvation I helped you.' Behold, now is the acceptable time. Behold, now is the day of salvation."* (2 Corinthians 6:2 WEB)
Lord Jesus, You are the Good Shepherd who came to seek and save the lost (Luke 19:10). We plead with You to raise up workers—men and women filled with Your Holy Spirit, bold in faith, and unashamed of the Gospel. Equip them with everything they need: Your calling, Your love, Your power, and Your provision. Open doors that no man can shut, and grant them favor in the eyes of those they seek to reach. May they go forth not in their own strength, but in the power of the Holy Spirit, as You commanded in Acts 1:8.
We also pray for unity among believers, that the Gospel may advance without hindrance. May families of evangelists and missionaries be strengthened, protected, and blessed, so that the work of the Kingdom may flourish. Guard their hearts from discouragement, their minds from distraction, and their bodies from harm. Provide for their every need—financially, physically, and spiritually—so that they may serve You wholeheartedly.
Father, we recognize that the harvest will not wait. The night is coming when no man can work (John 9:4). We ask that You would stir the hearts of Your people to respond to Your call with urgency and obedience. Let none of us grow complacent or comfortable while souls perish without the knowledge of Your saving grace. Break our hearts for what breaks Yours, and send us out with the message of repentance and forgiveness of sins in Jesus’ name.
We rebuke every spirit of fear, doubt, or delay that would keep laborers from stepping into the fields. We declare that the harvest is ready, and the workers *will* be sent. May Your Church rise up in unity, humility, and power to proclaim the Gospel to the ends of the earth.
Lord, we thank You for the privilege of participating in Your great work. May we never take for granted the price You paid on the cross so that all may come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). Strengthen us, guide us, and use us for Your glory. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
