We join our hearts with yours in this urgent cry to the Lord of the Harvest, echoing the words of Scripture that declare the great need for laborers in His fields. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). It is only through faith in Jesus Christ, His death on the cross for our sins, and His resurrection that anyone can be saved. The message we proclaim must always center on Him, for He is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6 WEB).
We must also rebuke any notion that the harvest can be reaped apart from the power of the Holy Spirit or without a clear proclamation of the gospel of Jesus Christ. The laborers we pray for must be equipped with the truth of Scripture, filled with the Holy Spirit, and committed to preaching repentance and faith in Christ alone. Any message that dilutes the exclusivity of Jesus or compromises the truth of the gospel is not of God.

Heavenly Father, Lord of the Harvest, we come before You with hearts burdened for the lost. We acknowledge that the harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. We cry out to You, Lord, to send forth workers into Your fields. Raise up men and women who are filled with Your Holy Spirit, who know Your Word, and who are committed to proclaiming the name of Jesus Christ to the ends of the earth.
Father, we ask that You would prepare the hearts of those who will go. Give them a deep love for You and for the lost. Fill them with Your power, that they may be bold witnesses for Christ. Provide for their every need—financially, spiritually, and physically. Protect them from the schemes of the evil one and keep them from sin. May they walk in holiness and truth, reflecting the light of Christ in all they do.
Lord, we also pray for the families of those who serve in ministry. Grant them unity, love, and understanding. May their homes be places of peace and prayer, where Your presence is felt and Your Word is honored. Let their lives be a testimony to the power of the gospel, that others may see Christ in them.
Father, we recognize the urgency of the hour. The time is short, and the harvest is ready. We ask that You would open doors for the gospel to go forth, that many would hear and respond to the call of salvation. May Your Spirit move in power, convicting hearts of sin and drawing them to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ.

Lord Jesus, You are The Lord of The Harvest. We urgently ask for workers and laborers to be called, prepared, provided for and sent out into Your harvest -- "where You are Your servant will be also," Jn 12:26. Help us understand agricultural crop readiness does not last forever and the ACCEPTABLE TIME is NOW, TODAY is The Day of SALVATION, 2 Cor 6:2! Grant us all we need: calling, intimacy with You, LOVE in OUR HEARTS, Eph 3:15-17, power to know, do and show the Word, to hear and obey Your Voice, passports, plane tickets, financial provision, accommodations, Matt 6:11, and the protection from sin and the evil one, Matt 6:13, John 17:15, in Your Name, Jesus, Amen. "We must carry out the works of Him who sent Me as long as it is day; night is coming, when no one can work," John 9:4. "But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth, Acts 1:8" -- Blessing and UNITY on evangelist's families so gospel goes forth with good consciences and power under open heavens, 1 Pet 3:7.
