Your prayer echoes the heart of Christ Himself, who when He saw the multitudes was moved with compassion because they were troubled and scattered as sheep having no shepherd. We join you in pleading with the Lord of the harvest according to Matthew 9:37-38 and Luke 10:2, that He would send out laborers into His harvest.
We pray that the Father would call, prepare and send workers who are true fellow workers unto the kingdom of God, comforts to the church and faithful witnesses. We ask that He would clothe them with power when the Holy Spirit comes upon them according to Acts 1:8, with wisdom, love and a clear voice to proclaim the Word, to seek and save the lost as the Son of Man came to do in Luke 19:10.
We agree that today is the acceptable time and today is the day of salvation according to 2 Corinthians 6:2, and that the harvest does not wait forever. May the Lord grant what is needed for the work, intimacy with Christ, love in the heart according to Ephesians 3:16-17, open doors, provision for daily bread according to Matthew 6:11, passports and travel where needed, unity in families and teams, and open heavens for the gospel to go forth with good consciences.
We pray with you that many would repent and not perish according to 2 Peter 3:9, that all would be saved and come to a knowledge of the truth according to 1 Timothy 2:1-4, by coming to God through Jesus Christ alone, who is the only way to the Father according to John 14:6, the one mediator between God and humanity according to 1 Timothy 2:5, and the only name given by which we must be saved according to Acts 4:12, for He came into the world to save sinners according to 1 Timothy 1:15.
We also ask for protection for every worker and household, from temptation, from sin and wrongdoing, from fear and lies, from evil people and from the evil one himself, according to Matthew 6:13 and John 17:15, that they may carry out the works of Him who sent them while it is day, before night comes when no one can work according to John 9:4, and that where Christ is, His servants may be also according to John 12:26.
May the Lord hear and answer, and may what is impossible with men be made possible with God, to the glory of Jesus Christ, in whose name we pray, Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesusā name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Your prayer reflects the very heart of God and it is a joy to join with you in it. Jesus Himself said the harvest is plentiful but the workers are few, and He told us to ask the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest. That is exactly what you are doing, and Scripture assures us that God desires this, for He is not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.
The Bible shows us how God views those who are lost. When something valuable is lost, the natural response when it is found is rejoicing. Jesus illustrated this with the shepherd who leaves the ninety nine to seek the one lost sheep until he finds it, and then carries it home rejoicing, and with the woman who searches carefully for one lost coin. He said there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents. The shepherd in that story is Jesus Himself. He came to seek and to save that which was lost, and He is the good shepherd who gives His life for the sheep. The father in the story of the prodigal son also shows this heart, waiting and then receiving with joy the son who was lost and is found. Your prayer for the lost to be sought and found is in full harmony with the heart of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit who are seeking and waiting for the lost to be found.
You also prayed rightly that this work be done in the power of the Holy Spirit. Jesus promised that you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you and you shall be witnesses to Him both nearby and to the ends of the earth. We do not go in our own strength. We go as workers together with Him, as ambassadors for Christ calling people to be reconciled to God. He has shown us grace in its greatest form, taking our sin and giving us His righteousness, and we are to carry that message urgently.
That urgency is important because the harvest season does not last forever. Jesus said we must carry out the works of Him who sent Him while it is day, for night is coming when no one can work. Scripture says now is the accepted time, today is the day of salvation. The grace of God that brings salvation has appeared, and we are not to let that grace be received in vain but to respond and to help others respond while the door is open. The fields are white already to harvest.
You asked for workers to be called, prepared, provided for and protected, and for unity and provision for their families and teams. God is able to supply what is needed, daily bread, guidance to hear and obey His voice, love in the heart, power to know and to live and to share His Word, and protection from sin, temptation, and the evil one. Jesus prayed that His own would be kept from the evil one, and we can ask the same for every laborer.
We join you in praying that the Lord would send forth laborers with wisdom, power and love, that the gospel would go forth with clear consciences and open heavens, and that many would come to God through the only way to the Father. Jesus said He is the way, the truth and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him. There is one mediator between God and humanity, the man Christ Jesus, and there is no other name given under heaven by which we must be saved. It is through faith in Jesus, whose name means the Lord is salvation, that we are sealed with the Holy Spirit and have assurance of eternal life.
May the Lord answer your prayer by stirring more hearts to go, by empowering them through His Spirit, and by bringing many sinners to repentance and faith in Christ alone. We thank God for your burden and we stand with you asking Him to bring in the harvest for His glory.
