Beloved of All
LORD of 🌾 THE HARVEST, Send Workers, Matt 9:37-38, w/ Holy Spirit Wisdom, Power, and Love, Acts 1:8, To Seek & Save The Lost 🐑, Lk 19:10, as Jesus Christ Came into The World to Save Sinners 1 Tim 1:15-16, Repent None Perish, 2 Pet 3:9, Prayer for All to Be Saved, 1 Tim 2:1-4, Come to God through THE ONLY WAY to The Father, John 14:6, The ONE MEDIATOR between GOD and HUMANITY, 1 Tim 2:5, The ONLY NAME GIVEN by which WE MUST BE SAVED, Acts 4:12...

🌾"And Jesus was saying to them, 'The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore plead with the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest,'" Luke 10:2. 🙏 Lord Jesus, You are The Lord of The Harvest. We urgently ask for workers and laborers to be called, prepared, provided for and sent out into Your harvest -- "where You are Your servant will be also," Jn 12:26. Help us understand agricultural crop readiness does not last forever and the ACCEPTABLE TIME is NOW, TODAY is The Day of SALVATION, 2 Cor 6:2! Grant us all we need: calling, intimacy with You, LOVE in OUR HEARTS, Eph 3:15-17, power to know, do and show the Word, to hear and obey Your Voice, passports, plane tickets, financial provision, accommodations, Matt 6:11, and the protection from sin and the evil one, Matt 6:13, John 17:15, in Your Name, Jesus, Amen. 📖 "We must carry out the works of Him who sent Me as long as it is day; night is coming, when no one can work," John 9:4. "But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth, Acts 1:8" -- Blessing and UNITY on evangelist's families and teams so gospel goes forth with good consciences and power under open heavens, 1 Pet 3:7. Thank You in Jesus' Name, protection from evil people, 2 Tim 3:5, temptation, Lk 11:4, 1 Cor 10:13, sin, 1 Cor 8:1, wrongdoing, fear and lies, Zeph 3:13, temptation, evil and its source in the evil one, Matt 6:13, Jn 17:15, 1 Jn 5:18-19, Amen, 2 Cor 1:20.

We join with you in this urgent and biblical cry to the Lord of the harvest and we say amen to your prayer, for it is straight from the heart of God and His Word.

We agree that the harvest is indeed plentiful but the laborers are few as Jesus said in Matt 9:37-38, and we too plead with the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest. We are stirred by your reminder in Luke 10:2 and John 9:4 that we must carry out the works of Him who sent us while it is day, for night is coming when no one can work, and that the acceptable time is now, for today is the day of salvation as we read in 2 Cor 6:2. The readiness of a crop does not last forever and souls are eternal.

We rejoice that you have centered this prayer on Jesus Christ alone, for He is the only way to the Father as declared in John 14:6, the one mediator between God and humanity in 1 Tim 2:5, and there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved in Acts 4:12. You have prayed rightly that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners in 1 Tim 1:15 and that the Son of Man came to seek and to save that which was lost in Luke 19:10. This is the will of our God who desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth in 1 Tim 2:3-4 and who is patient, not wishing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance in 2 Pet 3:9.

We pray together now for this great sending.

Father in heaven, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne and we ask You as Lord of the harvest to thrust forth workers into Your harvest fields. Call them, set them apart, prepare them in intimacy with You, and fill their hearts with Your love, that Christ may dwell in their hearts through faith as You promise in Eph 3:17. Clothe them with power from on high when the Holy Spirit has come upon them so they will be Your witnesses in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth according to Acts 1:8. Grant them wisdom, boldness, and love to know, do and show Your Word and to hear and obey Your voice. We ask for Your provision for every need, for daily bread in Matt 6:11, for passports, travel, finances, accommodations, open doors, and open heavens. We ask for unity and blessing upon the families and teams of evangelists, that they may live with good consciences and in harmony as taught in 1 Pet 3:7, so the gospel goes forth without hindrance. We ask for Your protection, that You will keep them from evil and the evil one as Jesus prayed in John 17:15 and Matt 6:13, and deliver them from temptation, from evil people, from fear and lies, and from every snare, for You are faithful and will not allow them to be tempted beyond what they are able to bear but will provide the way of escape in 1 Cor 10:13. Let Your Word run swiftly and be glorified, and let many repent and believe and be saved, for where You are, there Your servant will be also in John 12:26. We thank You that all Your promises are Yes and Amen in Christ in 2 Cor 1:20. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to continue steadfast in this intercession, for God delights to answer prayer that aligns with His desire for the lost to be found. Let us also be willing to be the answer to our own prayer, to go where He sends and to speak as He gives utterance, with Holy Spirit power and love, always ready to share the reason for the hope within us with gentleness and respect.

We were moved by the weight of what you carried in this prayer. That longing for more workers, for power and love to go with the message, is so close to the heart of Jesus. We are standing with you in it.

What encourages us is how you named both the urgency and the dependence. The need is great and time matters, and at the same time God is the one who calls, prepares, provides and protects those He sends. We love that you prayed not only for open doors but for unity and protection over families and teams, because the gospel goes forward best where there is love and steadiness behind it.

If it helps, one simple way we have seen this prayer stay alive is to keep it very concrete. Choose a few places close to you, your neighborhood, workplace or city, and a few places farther away that are on your heart, and bring the same few names before the Lord each day, asking Him to send and sustain workers there. And remain open to how He may want to use you right where you are, even across the street, as someone who simply introduces others to Jesus.

Father, we ask You as Lord of the harvest to raise up workers, fill them with Your Spirit, and send them with courage and love. Provide what they need day by day and guard them and their families from discouragement and harm. Let Your saving work go forward in Your time and way. In Jesus name, Amen.

Your prayer for laborers to be thrust into the harvest is after the very heart of our Lord, and it is right that we should join you in it with urgency. Our Savior Himself said, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the laborers are few, pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that He will send forth laborers into His harvest. The figure teaches us that reaping is a matter of now or never. The farmer sows with a view to harvest and expects a harvest, and so must the Church. We ought not to say, There are yet four months and then cometh harvest, for our Lord says, Lift up your eyes and look on the fields, for they are already white for harvest. The acceptable time is now, today is the day of salvation, and we must work while it is day, for night cometh when no man can work.

We rejoice to hear you plead those precious truths, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, that He came to seek and to save that which was lost, that God is not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance, and that there is one Mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, and none other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved. For He is the way, the truth, and the life, and no man cometh unto the Father but by Him. In this we are of one mind, and for this we pray, that the gospel may go forth with power and with good conscience under open heavens.

Soul winning is a work which filled a Savior's heart and moved the Eternal mind before the earth was, and those who would be workers together with God in it must be wise and must have love. We win by love. Eloquence and orthodoxy without a heart that beats hard against the ribs and is full of the milk of human kindness will never win a soul. The laborers we need must go down into the wheat and sweat at the work, for nothing in the harvest field can be done without the sweat of the face, nor in the pulpit without the sweat of the soul. Therefore we pray as you have asked, that the Lord of the harvest would thrust out laborers, men and women made wise to win souls, filled with love in their hearts, taught to know and to do and to show the Word, to hear and obey His voice.

We join you in asking the Father, in the name of Jesus, to grant to those whom He calls and sends, the power of the Holy Spirit to be witnesses unto Him, whether in Jerusalem or Judea or Samaria or unto the uttermost part of the earth. May He provide what is needed for the work, daily bread, passage, provision and place, and may He keep them from sin and from the evil one, and from temptation and fear and lies, guarding them and their households in unity and holiness, that the word may have free course and be glorified. And may He grant to the Church an expecting faith, for the joy of harvest is a joy we ought to expect and a joy which has respect to former toil, and when the sheaves are gathered there is joy not only for the reapers but for the harvested ones who rejoice to be garnered in.

Think also of the tremendous value of a single soul. If there were but one unsaved soul and all the world beside were saved, it were worth the going of many to seek that one, for Christ delights in mercy and every soul brought out of the miry clay and set upon the King's highway is part of His reward and of the travail of His soul. May the Lord grant us to see such fruit now, on the spot, and not to put it off to another season.

So we pray with you, Lord of the harvest, send forth laborers into Thine own harvest, for it is Thine and Thou wilt care for it. Give them love, give them power, give them open doors, and keep them from evil, till the great harvest home when the righteous shall rejoice before Thee with a joy greater than ten thousand harvests. We ask this in the one Name by which we must be saved, even Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.
