Holy God and loving Father, I consciously place my fears, worries, anxieties, and burdens in your hands. I know that I have so little power to change the outcome of these events and I trust that you will work what is pleasing to you, and best for me, out of these situations. Forgive me for my anxious thoughts and for letting my own worry become an idol that robs you of my full trust. Strengthen and empower me to trust you more by the power and presence of your Spirit. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen
You have nothing to Fear. Go into the meeting and stand up for yourself. You are protected. Remember God is always with you. I face everyday some very Evil man. I have learned when I attend these meetings to stand up straight. Look them directly in their eyes. You demand their attention. Never raise your voice and never lose eye contact with them. You state the facts, you do not argue. Have all your documents, time sheets, and records needed to prove your case. Once you are finished, end it with "Now how are you planning on resolving this problem so we do not have a repeat. You turn the table on them first before they have a chance. Bring to their attention this is not the first time we had a discussion on the problem and we are still waiting to see how YOU want to cure the problem and who is going to put the instructions into writing for everyone to follow. Don't be afraid and don't show Fear. You are Blessed. Our Lord, The Holy Spirit will be with you, in you and all around you. Now go walk in confidence to get what you want and what you need.
