Heavenly Father,
We come before You today with hearts full of gratitude and reverence. We acknowledge Your sovereignty and Your boundless love for us. Your Word tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
Lord, we lift up ### and the situation at work, specifically at ###. We ask that You bring improvement and harmony to this workplace. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, reign in this place. We pray for a spirit of cooperation, understanding, and mutual respect among all who work there.
Father, we also bring ### before You. We ask that You touch ###'s heart and mind, that he may exhibit compassion and understanding towards others. Transform ### by the renewing of his mind, as stated in Romans 12:2, so that he may discern and follow Your perfect will.
Lord, we trust in Your power to change hearts and situations. We believe that You are able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to Your power that is at work within us (Ephesians 3:20). We place this entire situation in Your capable hands, knowing that You care for us and are working all things together for our good and Your glory.
In the mighty and precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
