Beloved of All
prayers seeking God's presence, asking for help to reconnect with my husband (planning dates, talking openly), and requests strength to find joy in your/our faith, while also praying for wisdom to know if changes are needed to deepen intimacy or resolve conflicts. Focus on feeling seen by God, asking for clearer communication, love, and seeking ways to build friendship and connection with my husband. It's so many complex situations caused by unbelief in laws, ungodly friendships, past relationships of my husband who still stay in touch with him, temptation, and always God knows it all.

Please stand in prayer with me. Now my husband wants to move to India, sharing a home with in-laws who do not know Jesus and have always given me a hard time, persecuting me and trying to control my marriage and also keeping my husband busy in doing things for them and pleasing them. Please pray over my situation. For God to work miracles in my life and keep me and my daughters near to God. God to give my husband's wisdom to stand up for his wife and children and where there is lack, God to transform this marriage for His glory. He also has friends in India who were Christian but converted to the Hindu religion, and he always hangs out with those people, picking up ungodly habits. Please pray for me in my situation and God to work all things out in my favor. My husband keeps saying the USA makes him depressed and causes him to go visit India last few winters, and every time we are in India, my spirit tells me I am not in a safe place. We go through many things, especially with in-laws trying to control me and my marriage, making me feel down and trying to overpower me and do Indian rituals over me and my family. Please pray for my marriage that God would keep us where He needs us to be and God to make my husband a godly husband and father to make his wife and children his priority above his parents, money, jobs, friendships, and ungodly habits to obtain worldly joy and break the loneliness we both feel through this complex situation. I am the only believer when I go to India; everyone in the neighborhood and entire town worships the Hindu religion. They make me and my husband and daughter follow their religion, control us every time we are there. It's so hard to pray.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this marriage and family before the Lord. Father, we acknowledge that You are the God who makes a way where there seems to be no way, and we trust in Your power to move mountains in this situation. We first want to affirm that marriage is a sacred covenant designed by You, a reflection of Christ’s love for the Church (Ephesians 5:22-33). It is meant to be a union where husband and wife honor one another, prioritize one another, and submit to Your will above all else.

Lord, we see the pain and confusion in this home, and we ask You to intervene with Your mighty hand. The influences surrounding this marriage—ungodly friendships, past relationships that still linger, and the pressure from family members who do not know You—are creating division and strife. Scripture warns us, "Do not be deceived: 'Bad company corrupts good character'" (1 Corinthians 15:33). We rebuke the spirit of unbelief and idolatry that seeks to pull this husband away from You and from his God-given role as the spiritual leader of his home. We declare that no weapon formed against this marriage shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we bind every ungodly influence that is attempting to separate what You have joined together (Matthew 19:6).

We lift up this wife, who is standing firm in her faith even when she feels alone. Father, strengthen her in the inner man. Remind her that she is seen, known, and deeply loved by You. When she feels overwhelmed by the pressures of family, culture, or even her husband’s decisions, let her find her refuge in You (Psalm 46:1). We pray that You would give her wisdom and discernment as she navigates these complex situations. Help her to communicate with her husband in love, yet with boldness, speaking the truth in a way that draws him closer to You (Ephesians 4:15). We ask that You soften his heart to hear her concerns and to recognize the spiritual dangers in the influences around him.

Lord, we specifically address the temptation to move to India under these circumstances. The Word tells us, "Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness?" (2 Corinthians 6:14). The environment described—where idolatry, control, and persecution are present—is not a safe place for this wife or her daughters, spiritually or emotionally. We pray that You would either change the hearts of the in-laws or close the door to this move entirely. Father, we ask that You reveal to this husband the importance of protecting his family, not just physically, but spiritually. Let him see that his role as a husband and father requires him to prioritize his wife and children above the demands of his parents or the expectations of culture (Genesis 2:24).

We also rebuke the spirit of depression that has taken hold of him. The enemy seeks to isolate and discourage, but You are the God who brings hope and joy even in the darkest places. We declare that the joy of the Lord is his strength (Nehemiah 8:10), and we ask that You break the chains of loneliness and despair that have driven him to seek comfort in ungodly friendships or habits. Restore his soul, Lord, and remind him of the peace that comes from walking in Your presence (Psalm 23:3).

Father, we pray for this husband’s salvation and transformation. We know that no one comes to You unless You draw them (John 6:44), so we ask that You would draw him with cords of love. Open his eyes to the truth of Your Word and the freedom that comes from living for You. Let him see the beauty of a marriage that honors You, where he loves his wife as Christ loves the Church and lays down his life for her (Ephesians 5:25). Give him the courage to stand up for his family, to set boundaries with his parents, and to cut off any relationships or habits that are leading him away from You.

We also lift up these precious daughters. Protect their hearts and minds from the confusion and spiritual warfare they are exposed to. Let them see their mother’s faith as a beacon of light in the darkness, and let them grow up knowing that their true home is in You. Surround them with godly influences, even if it means staying in a place where they can thrive spiritually.

Lord, we ask that You would work a miracle in this marriage. Where there is brokenness, bring healing. Where there is distance, bring intimacy. Where there is unbelief, bring revival. Let this home become a testimony of Your power and grace, a place where Your name is lifted high and Your presence is tangible. We declare that this husband will rise up as the spiritual leader of his home, that this wife will be cherished and protected, and that these daughters will grow up in the fear and admonition of the Lord.

We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). It is through His blood that we have access to You, Father, and it is by His power that we ask for these things. We trust in Your perfect will and timing, knowing that You are working all things together for the good of those who love You (Romans 8:28). Strengthen this wife as she waits on You, and let her hope in You never be put to shame (Psalm 25:3). We stand in agreement with her, believing that You will make a way where there seems to be no way. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Dear sister in Christ,

We're right here with you, standing in the gap for your marriage. It's like we're all holding hands, lifting this situation up to our Father together. We're feeling your pain, your confusion, and your longing for change. We want you to know that you're not alone in this.

First, let's affirm what we know to be true. Marriage is a beautiful, sacred covenant, a reflection of Christ's love for the Church. It's meant to be a union where husband and wife honor, prioritize, and submit to each other and to God's will. But we also see the struggles, the influences pulling in different directions, and the pain it's causing.

We're asking our Heavenly Father to intervene. We're rebuking the spirits of unbelief, idolatry, and control that are trying to divide and strangle your marriage. We're binding every ungodly influence that's trying to separate what God has joined together. We're claiming that no weapon formed against your marriage will prosper, and that God will make a way where there seems to be no way.

We're lifting you up, dear sister. We're asking God to strengthen you, to remind you that you're seen, known, and deeply loved by Him. We're praying for wisdom and discernment as you navigate these complex situations. We're asking God to soften your husband's heart, to help him hear your concerns and recognize the spiritual dangers around him.

We're also addressing the temptation to move to India. We're asking God to either change the hearts of your in-laws or close the door to this move entirely. We're praying that your husband will see the importance of protecting his family, spiritually and emotionally, and prioritize you and your daughters above all else.

We're rebuking the spirit of depression that's taken hold of your husband. We're declaring that the joy of the Lord is his strength, and we're asking God to break the chains of loneliness and despair that have driven him to seek comfort in ungodly friendships or habits.

We're praying for your husband's salvation and transformation. We're asking God to draw him with cords of love, to open his eyes to the truth of God's Word, and to give him the courage to stand up for his family, to set boundaries, and to cut off any relationships or habits leading him away from God.

We're also lifting up your precious daughters. We're asking God to protect their hearts and minds, to let them see their mother's faith as a beacon of light in the darkness, and to surround them with godly influences.

We're asking God to work a miracle in your marriage. Where there's brokenness, bring healing. Where there's distance, bring intimacy. Where there's unbelief, bring revival. Let your home become a testimony of God's power and grace.

We're praying all of this in Jesus' name, trusting in His perfect will and timing. We're standing in agreement with you, believing that God will make a way where there seems to be no way. You're not alone, dear sister. We're here, praying with you, for you.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
