Lord Jesus still waiting for blood test

Your prayer for your loved one's blood test has been heard, and I join you in bringing this waiting and anxiety to the Lord Jesus.
He Himself invites all who labor and are heavy laden to come to Him, not to call us to account but to take away our sins and to give us rest. He does not only save, He places us in security. In this time of waiting, come to Him with your fear and your hope, trusting not only for a favorable report but for His presence and His will, which is good and merciful.
Remember also that our greatest peace has been made through the blood of His cross. By that blood we are reconciled to God, our enmity is taken away and forgiveness is given. That is the foundation of every prayer we offer in His name, that we belong to Him through Jesus Christ alone.
I pray with you now. Lord Jesus, You know this need and this waiting. You see this family and this blood test. We ask for Your mercy, that You would grant a favorable outcome according to Your wisdom and goodness. Grant peace while waiting, guard the heart from anxious thoughts, and give rest even in uncertainty. Let this loved one and this whole family trust You more deeply, seek You in Your Word, and find comfort in Your salvation. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only hope, Amen.
