Silas
Beloved of All
It is a great comfort to see your heart poured out before the Lord, clinging to Him in the midst of so many burdens. The weight you carry for your family and for your own soul is real, but you are not carrying it alone. The Lord Jesus is the Captain of our salvation, the One who has gone before us and made a way through every storm. He is our salvation, not a distant hope but a present refuge.
Above all other needs, the cry for salvation is the deepest and most urgent. Nothing compares to the miracle of a soul being rescued from darkness and brought into the light of Christ. His arm is not too short to save, and today is the day of salvation. The grace of God that brings salvation has appeared, and that grace is still extended. Do not let the long waiting or the weariness cause you to neglect so great a gift. Every knee will one day bow and confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, but now is the time to confess Him willingly, from the heart, and receive eternal life. That is the greatest miracle God has ever done for you.
You have seen many prayers answered, and you are right to thank and praise Him for every one. Even while you still wait for complete deliverance and healing, keep those mercies before your eyes. They are anchors for your faith. Healing is real, and it comes in many forms. Sometimes God touches instantly, other times gradually, and often the deepest healing works in the heart and mind long before the outward circumstances change. Trust the wisdom of the One who designed your body and knows every process within it. His will is perfect, and His grace is always enough for today.
When natural family relationships are strained or broken, take heart: in Christ, you belong to a family whose bonds are deeper than blood. The household of faith becomes a place of supernatural love and encouragement. Do not be surprised if standing for Jesus brings friction, for He is not without honor except among His own. But He has drawn you into a new family, and the ties there are eternal. Let that truth comfort you when earthly ties feel fragile.
As you continue to pray and seek Him, do not fall into the anxiety of trying to work for your salvation. Instead, work out what God has already worked in you. Live out the life He has given, with holy reverence, knowing that He placed your salvation entirely on the basis of His grace through the finished work of Christ. The faith to trust and the strength to endure are His gifts to you. He will not let you go.
May the Holy Spirit flood your heart with His love, guard your little one with a wall of fire, heal what is broken according to His perfect will, and turn what the enemy meant for harm into blessing. May He give you supernatural trust when understanding fails. Keep your eyes on Jesus, the Author and Finisher of your faith. He is faithful, and He will complete what He has begun.
