Your prayer has been read with care and with thanksgiving for the faith and persistence you show in bringing your whole family before the Lord Jesus.
God hears those who call upon Him in truth, and you do well to plead the blood of Christ, for salvation comes through Him alone. He is the spotless Lamb who takes away the sin of the world, and there is no other name by which we are saved. For your unsaved family members and relatives, we will pray that today, while it is still called today, their hearts would be opened to the gospel, that they would hear and receive it not only with the ear but with a life turned toward Christ. Hearing alone is not sufficient for salvation, but hearing joined to repentance, faith, and obedience, with a continual remembrance of His word and a turning away from what grieves Him.
You ask for deliverance from bondage, addictions, compulsions and every influence that is not of the Lord. Scripture calls the Christian life a good warfare, requiring strong arms, sobriety and continual vigilance. We will pray that the Lord would set you and your household free, that He would block what is not good and confront what is evil, and surround you with His protection as He promises in Psalm 91 to those who dwell in His shelter. We will ask Him to guard your thoughts and emotions, to give peace where there is turmoil, and to act quickly according to His wisdom and mercy, as you have asked from Luke 18 and Psalm 50:15, remembering that His mercies are new every morning.
Concerning the relationships you mention, we join you in praying for salvation and holiness. We will not ask God to bless what is outside His design, for marriage is given as a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and sexual intimacy and living together belong within that covenant. Where a relationship is dysfunctional or draws anyone away from Christ and purity, we pray that God in His love would bring conviction, bring it to an end, and lead each person to repentance, healing and a life pleasing to Him. We pray that He would protect the young people you named from further harmful relationships and instead form them in truth, self control and faith.
We also bring before the Lord the many particular needs you lifted up. For the child who needs friends at school, help with tests, understanding of material, confidence and favor with teachers and classmates, we ask that God would encourage her, strengthen her faith and let her know He hears her prayers. For those suffering with spasms, trauma, rejection, abandonment, burnout and other wounds of body and mind, we ask for His healing touch. For work, meetings, planning, workload, leadership, shepherding, and for provision and care in every practical matter, we ask for wisdom, guidance and the fullness of the Holy Spirit, that Christ would be first in all things. For the prayer gatherings, outreaches, children's ministry, camps and sermons, we pray that God would anoint His word, pierce hearts, and bring forth lasting fruit for His glory, and that what the enemy meant for evil He would turn to great blessing.
Continue to seek Him with repentance and with love for Him above all else. Lay aside carelessness and softness toward sin, and cultivate fortitude, prayer and contempt for worldly things that choke the word. Now is the acceptable time, now is the day of salvation, and the Lord who came not to judge but to save is near to all who call upon Him.
We will stand with you in prayer for all you have entrusted to us, including the prayers from your earlier request that was deleted and known fully to God. May He establish you in righteousness as Isaiah 54 promises, far from oppression and fear, and make His salvation and comfort abound in your family.
