Lord Jesus please glorify yourself in our family. Please save, heal, deliver, protect. Thank you for what you have already done and will do. Thank you and PRAISE you for the signs of encouragement you send. I plead your precious blood over us esp. ### (I ask that this is only taken as faith in you Lord Jesus as the perfect spotless lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world and who cleanses us from all sins), ask for your mighty warrior angels to surround us and a wall of Holy Spirit fire around us (incl. our thoughts and emotions). I also ask for salvation, deliverance and healing (entire family incl. relatives). Please open all unsaved family members' hearts to the gospel, please deliver from all bondage, addictions, compulsions and anything else that is not of you Lord) and your powerful intervention concerning the issues we are lifting up to you (you know all the details, I stand on Luke 18:7-8). Please block that which is not good and please act quickly concerning the situation that is so difficult to handle and rise up and confront please. Asking for peace. Please intervene concerning ###. Please give ### friends at school, please help with all the tests, strengthen her faith and let her know that you hear her prayers, please remove ###'s spasm. We join you in lifting up your family before the Lord Jesus and we glorify Him with you for what He has already done and for what He will do. We hear your heart crying out for salvation, healing, deliverance and protection over your entire household and relatives, and we stand with you in faith for every detail you have brought before Him, even those names that are hidden for privacy, for He knows them perfectly.

We thank God that you have come in the precious name of Jesus, the spotless Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world, for it is only through His blood that we are cleansed and have access to the Father. As it is written, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12 and No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. Your faith in His blood and your desire for His will is pleasing to Him.

We pray together now for your family.

Father in heaven, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace. We ask You to glorify Yourself in this family. Save every unsaved member, open their hearts to the gospel, draw them to repentance, for You are not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance 2 Peter 3:9. We ask for deliverance from all bondage, addictions, compulsions and anything that is not of You. Heal every sickness and infirmity, including the spasm and burnout and every wound of body and soul that has been lifted up. We plead the blood of Jesus over each one and ask for Your protection, for You give Your angels charge over us to keep us in all our ways Psalm 91:11 and the angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them Psalm 34:7. Be a wall of fire around this family and around their thoughts and emotions Zechariah 2:5. Fill them anew with Your Holy Spirit and teach them to love You first and to obey You.

Lord, we stand on Your promises with our brother and sister. You said, Call on me in the day of trouble. I will deliver you, and you will honor me Psalm 50:15. We claim Your covering in Psalm 91, that he who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty Psalm 91:1. We claim Isaiah 54:17 that no weapon that is formed against you will prevail. And we claim Luke 18:7-8 that You will avenge Your chosen who cry out to You day and night and answer quickly. Rise up and confront what is evil, block what is not good, and fight the battles that feel too difficult to handle, for the battle is not yours, but God's 2 Chronicles 20:15 and Yahweh will fight for you Exodus 14:14.

We also bring before You the relationships that have been mentioned. We agree in prayer that You would put a stop to what is not of You and save those involved. We pray that every courtship in this family would honor You, for Your design for intimacy is within the lifelong covenant of marriage between a man and a woman. We pray that no one would be unequally yoked with unbelievers 2 Corinthians 6:14 and that all would flee sexual immorality, for every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body 1 Corinthians 6:18. Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the marriage bed be undefiled Hebrews 13:4. If any relationship is marked by fornication, dysfunction, or is leading away from Christ, we ask You to block it, convict hearts, bring godly sorrow that leads to repentance, and in Your mercy provide a godly spouse for those who desire marriage rather than a mere partner. We pray for purity, for wisdom to pursue courtship that looks toward a Christ centered marriage.

We lift up the young one in school who needs friends, help with tests, homework and understanding. Strengthen her faith, let her know You hear her prayers, give her favor with teachers and classmates, guard her heart and give her confidence in You. Heal her wounds and heal the relationship that needs Your supernatural touch, bring good Christian fellowship around her. For the needs at work, the workload, meetings, planning, strategy, leadership and shepherding, we ask for Your hand and anointing. Grant wisdom, for if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach James 1:5. Help with motivation and weariness, and help with every care need and every detail pertaining to the home and the vacation. We thank You for answered prayers and for signs of encouragement along the way.

We also hear your honest confession about failing often, about anger and about venting behind another's back. We have all failed and need Your mercy, and we praise You that Your loving kindnesses indeed never fail and Your mercies are new every morning Lamentations 3:22-23. We ask for grace to repent of anything that grieves You, to put away anger and to speak what is helpful for building up, that it may give grace to those who hear Ephesians 4:29. Teach us to go directly to a brother or sister when there is offense Matthew 18:15 and to correct in love, and turn what the enemy meant for evil into blessing.

We ask for Your powerful anointing on the prayer meetings, the outreaches, the children's ministry, the kids camp, the sermon preparation and the introductions course. Let Your Word pierce hearts and bear lasting fruit, let many be drawn to Yourself, including parents and those reached on the streets and subways.

We thank You that You hear all these cries, including the previous requests that were deleted, for You keep every prayer before You. Give peace that surpasses all understanding Philippians 4:7 and let this family walk in Your guidance, wisdom and the fullness of Your Spirit. Have mercy, direct every step, and let encounters with Jesus increase.

We ask all this in the saving and mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and intercessor. Amen.

We hear how much you are carrying in this prayer, and how deeply you want Jesus to be glorified in your family. So many people and situations on your heart at once, from salvation and deliverance to school and tests, work and ministry, health and relationships. It is understandable to feel out of it and overwhelmed when you are holding that much, and to feel like you fail often even as you keep coming back to the Lord for mercy.

We are thankful with you for the signs of encouragement God has already given, and for His mercies being new every morning. He hears the whole cry, even when it comes out in pieces and repetitions as you pour it out.

When the list feels so long, it can help to gently narrow your focus for a season. You might choose the two or three burdens that feel heaviest right now and bring those to the Lord each day, and share them with one trusted pastor or prayer partner who can stand with you, so you are not carrying everything alone. For ongoing physical needs like spasms or burnout, please also keep seeing your doctor or other care provider alongside prayer.

We are praying with you.

Father, we lift this family to You in the name of Jesus. Cover them with Your protection, draw each heart closer to You, bring healing where there is hurt and peace where there is turmoil. Give wisdom and strength for work, school and ministry, and provide faithful friends and encouragement. Forgive us where we fail and fill us with Your Spirit as we seek to love and follow You. Have Your hand on all that concerns them and lead them step by step. Amen.

Your prayer has been heard and it is a good thing to pour out the heart so fully before the Lord, for He is the hearer and answerer of prayer. The experience of the Christian is very variable, and it is known to every believer that there are nights when the sore runs and ceases not, when the soul is bowed and heavy. Do not base your evidence of salvation upon your joy, for joy will vary, but base it upon the ransom which God Himself has found and upon the perfect work of the spotless Lamb who takes away the sin of the world.

We join you in pleading that precious blood, not as a charm, but as faith in Jesus Christ alone, for there is no way of salvation but by the Ransom, and all who are ever saved are saved by Him. God in divine wisdom invented this way and in divine love has given it. Look unto Him and be saved, for this is the simple method of salvation. To believe on Him is to trust in Him, and whosoever believes on Him shall not be ashamed. Salvation is all of grace, and when the tried and tempted soul sees this, he knows he can take no honor to himself. It is the Lord Jesus who loosens the captive, and when Israel came out of Egypt it was Jehovah who brought forth His armies. He brings them forth by divine power, and that deliverance came when the lamb was slain.

You have asked for a wall of fire and for warrior angels to surround you and those you love, and we pray with you the promises of Psalm 91 and Isaiah 54 that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, for God has provided a divine buckler for His church. Knowledge of God is a divine armor by which we ward off the blows of the enemy, and the truth remains that God never has forsaken them that fear Him and never will. His grace shall to the end stronger and brighter shine, and neither present things nor things to come shall quench the spark divine within the heart, much less quench the fire which burns in His infinite breast. He creates that He may display His perfections, and He will exalt the low tree and make the dry tree to flourish by His grace.

We pray with you for healing, for the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. Even His common mercies are full of virtue, and they change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. When the Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in His wings, pardon and healing are one. We ask the Lord to lay His pardoning and healing hand upon those you have named, upon the spasm you mention, upon bodies and minds and wounds of the heart, upon burnout and weariness, and to bring health and cure until we shall be without spot or wrinkle before Him. When your own strength fails, your strength shall be to sit still while God becomes your arm every morning, your salvation in the time of trouble.

For your family and relatives we pray as you have asked, that the Lord would open every unsaved heart to the gospel, for salvation is through Jesus Christ alone and there is no other name by which we must be saved. We ask Him to deliver from all bondage, addictions and compulsions, and to block that which is not good. Where relationships are not ordered according to the Lord's holy design for marriage as a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, with its purity belonging within that covenant, we do not ask God to bless what grieves Him, but we pray as you have prayed that He would save, convict, confront and, where needed, put a stop to what would lead away from holiness, and turn hearts toward repentance and new life. We pray for healing of relationships where reconciliation is according to His will, and for protection and godly friendships for your children at school, for favor with teachers and classmates, for help with tests and understanding, for confidence in Him, and that they may know they are loved and that He hears their prayers.

We bring before the Lord your burdens concerning work, meetings, tasks, workload and organization, the teams and those at headquarters, the care responsibilities, the appointments and the daily pressures that leave you feeling out of it and unmotivated. We ask for wisdom and direction, for anointing upon the prayer gatherings on Friday and upon the other times the church meets to pray, upon the sermons and the finishing of them, upon the outreaches to the homeless and in the subway and at Easter, upon the children's church and the kids camp that many may be drawn to Christ, including parents. We pray for the vacation you mention, for every matter pertaining to home and ministry, and for the Lord to go after those who have heard the word that it may sink deep and bear fruit, for only He can make it reverberate in the heart.

You have confessed failure and the need for mercy, and we praise God with you that His mercies are new every morning. We ask that He would help you to repent of anything that grieves Him, to love Him first and foremost and to obey Him, and to be filled with the fullness of His Spirit. He will abase the proud and lift up the humble, and it is His delight to take the overlooked and the lowly and exalt them in due time. Call upon Him in the day of trouble as Psalm 50 promises, and He will deliver you, and you shall glorify Him. He will avenge His own elect who cry day and night unto Him, though He bear long with them.

May the Lord grant you encounters with Himself, send you signs of encouragement and give you peace that guards heart and mind. May He fight your battles, for the battle is not yours but His, and may you see with Deborah that we have been delivered from worse enemies and saved by a greater salvation, so that your song may be more jubilant. We stand with you on Luke 18 and ask the Lord to act quickly and to rise up according to His perfect wisdom and timing, turning what the enemy meant for evil into great blessing.

Father, we ask all this in the name of Jesus, trusting not in our prayers but in His blood and righteousness alone. Amen.
