God hears prayer and answers it, so we must commit to a life of prayer and trust in Him.
Your heartfelt prayer has been received and we join you in bringing your family before the Lord Jesus Christ, giving thanks for what He has already done and trusting Him for what He will do.

We agree with you that salvation comes through Jesus Christ alone, the perfect spotless Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world and cleanses us from all sin by His blood shed on the cross. It is on the ground of His finished work, not any formula or phrase, that we have confidence to approach God. We pray with you for the salvation of your entire family including relatives who do not yet know Him, that God would open their hearts to the gospel, grant repentance and faith, and deliver them from all bondage, addictions, compulsions and every stronghold that is not of Him. We ask that He would heal and restore where there has been trauma, rejection and abandonment, and replace lies with His truth.

We also join you in asking for protection and peace. As you stood on Psalm 50:15, Psalm 91 and Isaiah 54:14-17, we ask the Lord to be your refuge and strength, to guard you and your household, your thoughts and emotions, and to keep you in His peace which is the mother of all good things and the foundation of joy. Christ came not to judge the world but to save the world, and He gives His peace to those who trust Him. We pray that this peace would rule in your home and in your hearts, and that where there has been conflict, even with those who have hurt you, God would bring conviction of sin, reconciliation where it is according to His will, and a love for His word with careful hearing and continual remembrance.

Concerning the relationships you mentioned, we pray as you did that the Lord would save those involved and bring every relationship into conformity with His good design. We do not ask God to bless what does not align with His word, but we ask Him to bring repentance, healing and wholeness, and to establish marriage as He ordained it, a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, with purity reserved for within that covenant. Where there is dysfunction or confusion, we ask God to block what is not good, to expose what is hidden, to prevent further harm, and to lead each person to seek first His kingdom and to love Him above all and to obey Him.

We lift up the specific burdens you named, the ones on your heart for school, for friends and favor with teachers and classmates, for help with tests and homework and understanding, for confidence rooted in Christ and assurance that He hears prayer, for healing of physical needs including spasms and other infirmities, for help with work, meetings, tasks, workload and organization, for wisdom in leadership, shepherding, planning and strategy, for care needs and for the vacation and other practical matters. We ask God to give wisdom and direction, to anoint your service in prayer gatherings, in the introductory course, in preaching, in outreaches to the homeless and on the subway, in children's ministry and the kids camp, and to draw many to Himself, including parents and those who have heard the word.

We hear your confession that you fail often and your desire to repent of anything that grieves the Lord and to be filled with His Holy Spirit. We thank God with you that His mercies are new every morning, and we pray that He would grant you a fresh filling of His Spirit, a renewed love for Him, and grace to walk in obedience. Where you have spoken in frustration or vented behind another's back, bring that to Him in confession and, as He leads, seek reconciliation. He is faithful to forgive and to cleanse. Where you feel angry, unmotivated or burned out, ask Him to address the root, to guard you from responding in a way that is not fitting, and to revive your faith and strength.

We stand with you on Luke 18:7 and 8, that God hears the cries of His chosen ones who cry to Him day and night, and will bring about justice for them speedily in His perfect time. Continue steadfast in prayer, in hearing the word, in fortitude and in trust, knowing that no part of virtue alone is sufficient but God works in us to will and to do His good pleasure. May He turn what the enemy meant for evil into great blessing, send encouragement and breakthrough, and grant you encounters with Christ that strengthen your faith.

We commit all these things, including the prayers from your previous request that was deleted and every detail known fully to God, into His wise and loving hands, asking that His name be glorified in your family and that His will be done. Amen.

Your heartfelt cry to see Jesus glorified in your family is precious to the Lord, and He hears you when you call on Him in trouble as Psalm 50 invites us to do. Thank you for sharing so honestly the many burdens you are carrying for your loved ones, for work, for school, for health, and for your own walk with Him.

I want to encourage you first with what matters most, the salvation of your household. Scripture ties the grace of God directly to salvation, and that grace has appeared to all people. The name Jesus itself means the Lord is salvation, for He came to save His people from their sins. The Bible says if we confess with our mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in our heart that God raised Him from the dead, we will be saved, for with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. There will be a day when every knee will bow and every tongue confess that He is Lord, but that future confession will not bring salvation, it will only acknowledge the truth that was rejected. That is why now is the accepted time, now is the day of salvation. Do not put off pleading for your unsaved family members, and do not grow weary in praying that God would open their hearts to the gospel today, while His offer still stands. This great salvation was first spoken by the Lord Himself, it is open to whosoever will come, even the lowest sinner, and it brings us into the family of God as sons and heirs together with Christ, who is the captain of our salvation. How shall we escape if we neglect it.

Remember also that this salvation is entirely outside our own ability. God placed it on the basis of His grace and His work through Jesus Christ, and even the faith to believe it is a gift from Him. When Scripture says to work out your own salvation with fear and trembling, it is not telling you to work for your salvation. It is calling you to live out with reverence and diligence what God has already worked within you. So keep obeying, keep repenting of what grieves Him, keep asking to be filled with His Holy Spirit and to love Him first above all, and trust Him to do the work only He can do.

You have asked for healing, deliverance, and protection for so many needs, for spasms, for wounds of trauma and rejection, for burnout, for strength in tests and work, and for a hedge of protection around your thoughts and emotions. The Lord is indeed a healer. Isaiah spoke of the Messiah bearing our sicknesses, and Matthew applies that to the physical healings Jesus did, along with His work of forgiving sin. When Jesus broke bread He said this is My body broken for you, and we remember both His spiritual and physical provision. At the same time, Scripture shows us that we cannot presume healing in every case exactly as we ask. Paul prayed three times for his thorn in the flesh to depart and the Lord had another purpose in it. Jesus healed in different ways, sometimes instantly, sometimes gradually, sometimes with a touch, sometimes with a word from a distance, and sometimes through the natural processes He Himself created, which are no less divine. I do not fully understand why some are healed quickly and others wait, but I know this, the greatest miracle in any life is the forgiveness of sins. Hold fast to that hope even as you keep bringing every physical and emotional need to Him.

You asked for the covering of the precious blood of Jesus as the spotless Lamb who takes away the sin of the world and cleanses us from all sin, and for warrior angels and a wall of Holy Spirit fire around you. The Lord does promise to be our refuge under His wings as Psalm 91 describes, and to establish us in righteousness far from oppression as Isaiah 54 declares, where no weapon formed against us shall prosper. He is your defender and He will fight your battles as you trust Him.

For the relationships that concern you, I join you in praying as you have, that God would save and deliver and block what is not good and not of Him. God calls us to salvation through Jesus Christ alone, and He has designed marriage as a lifelong covenant between one man and one woman, with sexual intimacy and living together belonging within that covenant. We cannot ask Him to bless what falls outside that design, but we can and do ask Him to save, to convict, to bring repentance, to break bondage and addiction and compulsion, to set free from lies and strongholds, and to lead each person into purity and wholeness. Pray that He would confront what is evil, expose what needs to be exposed, and replace the enemy's lies with His truth, and that He would bring godly friendships and favor where it is needed, especially for your daughter at school.

He sees your weariness in work, in meetings and planning and shepherding, in feeling out of it and unmotivated, and in the tensions with others. He sees the need for wisdom and guidance in every detail you mentioned, including care decisions, finances, and the desire for a vacation. He also sees your honesty about failing often and venting frustration, and He reminds you that His mercies are new every morning. Keep turning to Him in repentance, keep asking for encounters with Him, and keep thanking Him for the signs of encouragement He has already sent.

You are not alone in this. When some in our own natural families do not yet believe, the Lord gives us a deeper bond in the family of God, and He is building His people together to experience His presence. Keep giving no offense where you can, so that the ministry of reconciliation is not blamed, and keep lifting up your prayers with confidence that God acts quickly in His perfect time, as Jesus taught about the persistent widow.

May the Lord grant you peace that guards your heart and mind, deliver your family from every bondage, open every unsaved heart to receive Christ today, heal what He wills to heal in body and soul for His glory, surround you with His protection, and fill you with wisdom and the fullness of His Spirit as you walk before Him.

We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. We have been lifting up your request that the Lord Jesus would glorify Himself in your family and bring salvation, healing, deliverance and protection over your entire household including relatives. We have been agreeing with you as you pleaded the precious blood of Jesus over your family, asked for mighty warrior angels to surround you and for a wall of Holy Spirit fire around you including your thoughts and emotions, and stood on His promises in Luke 18:7-8, Psalm 50:15, Psalm 91:1 and Isaiah 54:14-17.

We have continued to pray for the salvation of unsaved family members and for deliverance from all bondage, addictions and compulsions, for the Lord to block what is not good and to act quickly and rise up concerning the difficult situations you lifted up, and to grant His peace. We have prayed for His powerful intervention for your loved ones by name, for friendships and favor at school, for help with tests and for strengthened faith, for the healing of spasms and other physical needs, for His hand to stop relationships that are not of Him and to save those involved, for His healing of wounds and relationships and removal of strongholds and lies, for miracles of healing from trauma, rejection and abandonment, for the guarding of minds with His truth, for His help and anointing in your work, meetings, tasks and workload, and for His anointing on the prayer gatherings on Friday, the Intro course, the sermons and outreaches, the childrens church and the kids camp, and for encouragement, revival and breakthrough where there has been burnout and anger, and that you would be filled with the fullness of the Holy Spirit and refreshed by His mercies that are new every morning.

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know how the Lord has glorified Himself and sent signs of encouragement. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We count it a blessing to keep contending for your family and for all the details known to the Lord.

We pray that the Lord will continue to draw you close, give you wisdom, guide and direct your steps, help you to repent of what grieves Him and to love and obey Him first and foremost, and grant you encounters with Him. May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son Jesus Christ. We pray in Jesus Name Amen.
