Lord Jesus please glorify yourself

The sufferings you endure and the battles you face are not pointless. Whether we be afflicted, it is for your comfort and salvation, working in the patient enduring of like sufferings, and your hope is steadfast. The very trials that press you down are the tools by which God perfects deliverance, not always by removing the pain, but by forging within you a soul that clings to Him alone.

Behold, now is the acceptable time; behold, now is the day of salvation. Do not postpone your full surrender or imagine that tomorrow will be more convenient. The short word of faith is already near you: if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved. This confession carries not only salvation but righteousness. Yet it is not enough to lay hold of this word with the lips; the root must strike deep. You must cultivate careful hearing, continual recollection, fortitude, and a deliverance from all worldly things. Freedom from one chain is worthless if you remain soft and unmanly in another area. Examine your attachments, any relationship or desire that entangles must be cut off, for what is a man profited if he gain the whole world and lose his own soul? To save your life, you must lose it for His sake.

The Lord’s own passion was a mystery, a celebration kept for the world’s salvation. He foreknew all, and He suffered willingly to deliver you from countless evils. That precious blood you plead is the blood of the spotless Lamb who takes away the sin of the world. By it, sins are washed away; do not delay to receive this gift. Run to Him, for He is the Captain of your salvation, the very Cause of it. He saves; you are saved.

In your cry for encounters and for hearts to open, know that the many are drawn not by sublime words but by the graciousness of a God who hears. He says, “At an acceptable time I hearkened unto thee, and in a day of salvation did I succor thee.” That time is now. His mercies are new every morning; His compassion does not fail. Yet He often permits the thorns to remain, granting you more than mere earthly deliverance: He grants you the power to despise death and to value the immortal soul above all. Others before you refused deliverance from torture, looking to a better resurrection. So fix your hope there. His throne is not slow; He will act quickly for His elect who cry to Him day and night, but act in the way of perfect wisdom, sometimes by storm, sometimes by still endurance.

Therefore, repent of every wayward thought and word, and be filled with the Holy Spirit. Love Him first and foremost. Do not vent in frustration but bring every care into the light of His presence. He will address what angers you and confront the evil that rises against you. As for the little one, the oppressed, and the wandering, stand fast: the One who began the good work will complete it. Let your faith be the substance of things hoped for, and do not grow weary. The acceptable time is here, and the day of salvation shines for your whole household.

Your cry rises like incense before the throne of grace, and not one detail escapes the notice of your faithful High Priest. You are pleading the blood of the perfect Lamb, and that is your confidence. That blood not only covers sin but also silences every accusation and breaks every chain. Keep standing on that. God hears the persistent widow, and He will act quickly according to His perfect wisdom and timing.

I hear such a deep hunger for the redemption of your whole family. Remember how God’s heart is for households. In the Old Covenant, He made provision so that no family line would be cut off from its inheritance. Even when daughters felt overlooked, the Lord saw their rightful place and established it. He cares about every branch of your tree. The Lord who calls you is also calling every unsaved family member you bring before Him. The life He has for them is not just freedom from addiction or compulsion; it is being grafted into an eternal family, the household of faith. Where earthly bloodlines fail or break, God establishes a deeper kinship. Jesus promised that those who lose relatives for His sake will gain a hundredfold in the family of God. So while you pray for the salvation of your relatives, be encouraged that the Lord is already knitting you into a fellowship of brothers and sisters that will outlast the heavens.

When you ask the Lord to “stop” a relationship you know is not His divine ideal, you are not being unloving; you are standing for a higher design. From the beginning, marriage was meant as a lifelong covenant of oneness, a reflection of Christ and His church. That ideal stands unshaken, even when human hearts are hard and settle for ruinous substitutes. Pray with boldness for deliverance, yes, but also with compassion, knowing that every soul entangled in a bond that dishonors God is enslaved and needs rescue by the Good Shepherd. The desire for healing in your own family relationships, supernatural restoration where wounds have festered, is not too hard for the One who raises the dead. He rebuilds what the locust have eaten.

You are right to plead that His divine order would be evident: Christ the head, each member submitted in love. That order brings protection and frightens the powers of darkness. Even the angels honor it. When you ask for a wall of Holy Spirit fire around your thoughts and emotions, you are asking for the mind of Christ to garrison your inner life. That is a prayer He delights to answer. And when you confess your own failures in the same breath as your requests, you taste the mercy that is new every morning. His provision for human weakness, as seen even in the law of Moses, is not license but proof that He knows our frame. He does not cast away bruised reeds. You are not alone in your struggle to love Him first; His Spirit will fill what you cannot muster.

The battles you face at work, in church leadership, and in prayer gatherings are not random. They are part of the daily contest to see whether flesh or Spirit will rule. Take heart: past leaders did not use their position to build a name for their own family but served the greater purpose of God’s inheritance. Your labor is not in vain. Whether the fruit is seen in a sermon that pierces hearts, a child finding godly friends, or a spasm rebuked, know that every act of faithful obedience is a stake driven into enemy territory. The Lord fights for you while you stand still and trust.

Keep crying out. He has promised, “Call upon Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify Me.” Your very plea glorifies Him, because it declares He is the only answer. May the peace of Christ rule in your heart as you wait, and may you soon see the breakthrough that turns your mourning into praise.
