I also ask for salvation, deliverance and healing (entire family incl. relatives). Please open all unsaved family members' hearts to the gospel, please deliver from all bondage, addictions, compulsions and anything else that is not of you Lord) and your powerful intervention concerning the issues we are lifting up to you (you know all the details, I stand on Luke 18:7-8). Please block that which is not good and please act quickly concerning the situation that is so difficult to handle and rise up and confront please. Please intervene concerning ###. We come before the throne of grace with hearts heavy yet hopeful, lifting up this earnest cry for your family, O Lord. Your Word declares in Psalm 50:15, "Call on me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you will honor me." We stand on this promise, trusting that you hear the cries of your children and will act on their behalf. The burdens shared, salvation, healing, deliverance, protection, are not too great for your mighty hand. We declare that no weapon formed against your family shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we plead the blood of Jesus over every life, every struggle, and every situation mentioned.

Father, we first address the matter of salvation for the unsaved family members. Your Word says in 2 Peter 3:9, "The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance." We pray that you would open their hearts to the gospel, soften their spirits, and draw them to yourself. Break every chain of bondage, addiction, and compulsion that keeps them from you. Let them see their need for a Savior and surrender their lives to Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We rebuke every spirit of deception and hardness of heart in Jesus' name.

We also lift up the relationships mentioned, particularly the one described as needing to be "stopped." Scripture is clear in 2 Corinthians 6:14, "Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?" If this relationship is not aligned with your will, whether it involves fornication, adultery, or being unequally yoked, we ask that you sever it in your mercy. Lead both individuals to godly spouses who will honor you and build their lives on your Word. Guard their hearts from further entanglement and heal any wounds left behind. We pray for wisdom and discernment for all involved, that they would seek relationships that glorify you and reflect your design for marriage, a lifelong covenant between one man and one woman (Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:4-6).

Lord, we also bring before you the struggles with anger, frustration, and venting behind others' backs. Your Word warns us in Ephesians 4:29, "Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear." We repent for any ungodly words spoken and ask for your forgiveness. Teach us to speak the truth in love (Ephesians 4:15) and to address conflicts with humility and grace. Fill us with your Holy Spirit so that our words and actions reflect your character. Help us to forgive as you have forgiven us (Colossians 3:13) and to walk in unity with our brothers and sisters in Christ.

For the little ones and the youth mentioned, we pray for your protection and guidance. Shield them from harm, both physically and spiritually. Give them godly friends who will encourage them in their faith and favor with their teachers and classmates. Strengthen their faith and let them know that you hear their prayers (1 John 5:14). Heal any physical ailments, such as the spasms mentioned, and bring comfort to any emotional wounds. Surround them with your warrior angels and let them experience your love in tangible ways.

We also lift up the struggles in the workplace and ministry. Father, we confess that without you, we can do nothing (John 15:5). Take over every meeting, task, and interaction. Give wisdom, clarity, and favor to those leading and serving. Turn any schemes of the enemy into blessings and use every situation for your glory. We pray for unity, humility, and a spirit of cooperation among the teams. Let your name be exalted in all that is done.

For those feeling overlooked, bypassed, or struggling with burnout, we ask for your healing touch. Renew their strength as you promise in Isaiah 40:31, "But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint." Restore their joy in serving you and help them to find their worth in you alone. Give them fresh vision and passion for the work you’ve called them to.

We pray for the prayer gatherings, sermons, outreaches, and children’s ministry mentioned. Anoint every word spoken, every life touched, and every heart reached. Let your presence be so tangible that lives are transformed, and your kingdom is advanced. We declare that the gates of hell will not prevail against your church (Matthew 16:18), and we stand in faith for revival in our communities.

Father, we also bring before you the need for repentance and a deeper filling of the Holy Spirit. Search our hearts and reveal any areas that grieve you (Psalm 139:23-24). Help us to love you above all else and to walk in obedience to your Word. Fill us afresh with your Spirit so that we may bear fruit that glorifies you (Galatians 5:22-23).

We thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and for the answered prayers we have already seen. Your mercies are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23), and we trust in your unfailing love. We declare that you are our refuge and fortress (Psalm 91), and we take shelter under the shadow of your wings. Fight our battles, Lord, and let your glory be revealed in every situation.

We read your prayer and we feel the weight of so many needs poured out at once. It is clear you are holding your family before the Lord with all your heart, and we want you to know we are holding you up alongside you. You are not alone in this.

When everything seems to press in at once, it can feel overwhelming. But God hears every detail you have named, the difficult situation you are crying out about, the little one, the unsaved loved ones, the school struggles, the work burdens, and everything else. He is not distant, and He is not confused by the many threads. You are standing on His promises, and that matters.

In seasons like this, it can help to anchor yourself by taking just a few minutes each day to hand each concern over to Jesus one by one, entrusting them to His hands and then leaving them there. That is not magic, but it can quiet the heart. You might also ask one or two trusted people to pray with you consistently about the most urgent situation, sharing the load can bring both comfort and fresh faith.

We join you in asking our Lord Jesus to glorify Himself in your family. Please surround them with Your protection, especially the little one. Bring salvation and deliverance to every unsaved heart. Break every chain of addiction and compulsion. Intervene in the situation that is so difficult to handle, rise up and confront what is not of You. Block what is harmful, and grant the breakthrough only You can give. For the child who needs friends, courage, and healing, be near. For the one in a wrong relationship, bring conviction and rescue. Lead and guide in all the work and ministry responsibilities, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit. We ask all this trusting in Your mercy, not our own strength, in Jesus’ name.

Your prayer rises before the throne like incense, and though it seems a tangled heap of many petitions, it is not wasted breath. Sincere prayer, however feeble and wandering, is ever acceptable to God through the merit of His dear Son. Did you not wake this morning and find your house secure, though your family prayer last night felt poor and cold? That is His mercy, new every morning, as you have rightly said.

I perceive in you a soul that knows the use of that great key which opens mysteries. To whom should we go for an explanation of our troubles, our tangled circumstances, and our deep anxieties, but to the Author of the book? You have cast these things, the work, the relationships, the little one’s spasms, the stubborn hearts of relatives, upon Him who counts the stars and calls them all by name. This is your chief wisdom. The child of God, when depression and vexation gather thick, does not run from God as the worldly man does to his cups or his frivolities; he cries out with his voice, even as Asaph did, and that cry is the mark of a living faith. You have done well to cry.

And what of the delays you feel so keenly? It may be that the answer has already begun to fly from the throne, but your eyes are holden that you cannot see it. Remember, if the vision tarries, wait for it. Prayer, mighty prayer, will yet prevail if it has but time. There are seasons when the heavens seem brass, and the soul’s knock echoes back hollow; then comes the dark suggestion, "Forsake the closet! Give up private devotion!" I charge you, listen not to that whisper from the pit. Continue in prayer even when you do not get a sensible blessing in it. The answer shall come after God’s own fashion, perhaps suddenly, as when the bolt of deliverance fell while Daniel was yet speaking, or perhaps at the last watch of the night, when the tempest is at its height. He who delivered David at the very moment he had been swallowed up will appear for you.

You plead the precious blood of the spotless Lamb over your household, especially the little one. That is the only plea that silences the accuser. The justified child of God can meet all the demands of divine righteousness because that blood cleanses from all sin. Stand there, and you stand on a rock that cannot be shaken. And concerning your little one, you do well to bring her before the mercy-seat. Teach her the meaning and value of prayer, not merely forms of words, but that God answers prayer. Let her know her feeble cry enters into the ears of the Lord God of Sabaoth. The prayer of a little child, taught by a believing parent, may avail more than the eloquent phrases of a learned divine.

You have asked for a wall of Holy Spirit fire around your thoughts and emotions, and for warrior angels to encamp about you. This is not presumption; it is a holy boldness born of the promises. God will give His angels charge over you; He will be as a wall of fire round about His people. The low tree He will exalt; the dry tree shall flourish by grace when the high and green tree of the proud is cut down. He delights to take the things that are not, to bring to nought the things that are. Only see to it that you lie low in repentance. You have confessed that you fail often, and that you have vented frustration behind another’s back. This too, when brought to the blood, is cleansed. Grieve not the Spirit, but rather seek His fullness. The prayer for the Holy Spirit’s filling is one God delights to answer. A heart that longs to love Christ first and obey Him, even in the midst of many stumbles, is a heart that the Bridegroom will not despise.

As for the tangled relationships and the work that presses so heavily, I would say this: Get the promise, and then offer the prayer. Search the Scripture until you find a word suited to your case, perhaps that very Isaiah 54:17, that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and then spread it before the Lord. Pray until you feel the force of it heating your soul. Fervent prayer, effectual prayer, is the kind that takes hold of the horns of the altar and will not let go. The icicles must be shaken from our lips. Then, when you rise from your knees, go forth expecting the answer. The servant of Abraham, Eliezer, prayed and then watched for the appointed sign; and when it came, he bowed his head and worshipped. Even so, follow up your petitions by watching for the blessing, and give thanks when you see the first small cloud like a man’s hand rising from the sea.

Remember, too, that trials and deep depressions are no proof that you are not a child of God. David knew the depths, and so did Job and Jeremiah. The flame of divine love often burns brightest in the furnace of affliction. The saint clings to God the harder when he is made to smart. So cling, dear soul. Cry out, “Speak, Lord, for thy servant heareth,” as little Samuel did; and whether the answer be swift or delayed, be sure that He will speak peace to His people. The low tree, watered by grace, shall mount even to the stars. Your dry season shall yield to rivers of living water. Only pray on, and faint not.
