Lord, I'm discouraged. For every hint of progress, it seems there are 2 steps backwards. I'm tempted to walk away. So I pray instead. Align my heart and actions with your will and strengthen me. Make my path straight and clear. Bless my family, our health and financial provisions. Overcome ###'s hard heart and heal his damaged soul with your grace and love so that he will know you and kneel before you in heartfelt prayer.

O Holy Father, Holy Son, Holy Spirit, I place all my trust in you. I do not have to be afraid for anything in this world as long as I leave it in your loving care. O kind and merciful God, enable us to follow your will and accept your judgments. Take away all my worries and console my anxious soul. Give us purpose, optimism, harmony, happiness.
