Lord I Stand Convicted.

Allmighty God,

I stand convicted by Your Holy Spirit, I am truly a soulish rebel, I know now because, I pray according recipes, I praise You with my lips, not with my heart uch: .

I have concieved myself as being a spiritual man, but in truth, I am a soulish man! In stead of Worship for You, I seek entertainment for myself, in stead of Dicerning, I am critical, in stead of standing Convicted, I stand guilty, in stead of showing Compassion, I show sympathy, in stead of being led by Revelation, I act to manipulate. By their fruits.....?!!

When I pray and I do not get my will, I become impatient and angry, my prayers are permeated by selfish motives and serve my soulish belly.

Lord God I repent and pray for Your forgiveness and mercy!

Lord Jesus Christ, Son of the Living God, I call out to You and upon You, Please Help me! I am in desperate need of help and power to deliver me from self, Please Help me!

Amen.
