Lord I feel so disconnected from this life and world, broken from all the trials, old beyond my years, Lord please forgive me I can't remember what normal life was like before the traumatic experiences please give me joy again I am so weary I have come to the end of coping. Lord please take this cup of suffering away, I am at the foot of Your Cross. Thank You Jesus. In Jesus Name amen
