LORD, I do want to thank you for helping me get the energy and strength to start exercising. I had my second DR. Appt. last week and it has been 30 days since the last one before this. I only lost 3 pounds. I think I should have lost a lot more than that due to how much time and effort I put into it. My metabolism and thyroid are good, my eating habits have gotten better but I cannot understand why it is this hard to gain muscle and lose fat. Lord please help me continue what I am doing for my health. I am continuing my diet which has been pretty good and I thank you for giving me the strength which I prayed for to start this. Please help me get more weight knocked down by the next appt. I need you to help me through this. ###
 
Jesus we come to you with a heavy heart that has but broken and crushed, knowing that as we cast our worries and sorrows on you that you look into our heart and see the love we have for you, Jesus lift us up out of the heavy fog of pain and teach us your ways instead, help us come closer to you as you reach down and draw us near to you. Lord we know that all we have to do is ask and believe that your will, will be done in our life, give us peace with that knowledge, knowing that you know what is best for us, help us overcome our own will and teach us to rely on your words of promise and faithfulness and love, IN Jesus name Amen.
 
I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God. -Ephesians 3:16-19

May the Lord bless you and keep you and make His face to shine upon you.
