Lord , i am facing difficulties at work. its hard for me to focus, i m feeling overwhelmed and unhappy. i gossip all the time and i have raised my voice in front of my boss many times. please help me to find the strengh to do a good job again. i have so many deadlines , i really dont know what to do anymore.
