Lord Jesus thank you for this day that you have giving me and for the many blessings that it held for me. Thank you. Lord please help me with this. The heart break I have right now. It has been so heavy and so unbearable the last few days. I cant get the girl I like and have prayed for off my mind and I dont know why. Her name is ### and every since I have felt that it may not be your will. She has been on my mind even more heavier and the heart break has became even more unbearable. Lord I have tried to be her friend. And she wont be my friend. She shows no interest. Why is she on my mind so much Lord. Perhaps I should pray for her over something. Or perhaps you do have a plan for me and her and its just not unfolded yet. Lord your will be done. But im so heart broken over her. Lord I seen her today I was no more then ### feet away from her. I had the perfect opertunity to go thru her line and put money on my card. But I didn't. I was hurt and I let hurt and anger get in the way and I didn't even look at her. Im really bothered by that Lord and I ask you to help me. If it be your will I pray your will be done what ever this burden is I have for her Lord. Move in it. The burden is so great and heavy. Lord I have often heard that faith the size of a mustard see can move a mountain. But Lord I have faith the size of a mountain in this situation. I believe you will move in this. I believe you have something for me and her or the burden would not be so great. If not Lord then show me what it is. Please help me with this. In Jesus name amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We join you in prayer today and we thank you for sharing this very honest and heavy burden with us. We hear your heartbreak and we know how heavy and unbearable it can feel when someone you care for so deeply does not show interest in return. We lift you up together before the Lord Jesus, and we thank God that you have come to Him in Jesus name, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father.

We are encouraged that you prayed your will be done, for that is the heart God desires in us. We are told in Proverbs 3:5-6 to trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. And in Matthew 6:33 we are reminded to seek first God's Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. When our hearts are so fixed on one person, it can be hard to seek Him first, and we want to gently encourage you to bring your desires fully under His lordship.

We understand why you feel that such a heavy burden must mean God has a plan for you and her together, and that your great faith will move this mountain. We love your faith, and Jesus did say in Matthew 17:20 if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you will tell this mountain, Move from here to there, and it will move, and nothing will be impossible for you. Yet we also want to lovingly correct the idea that the intensity of our feelings is always a sign of God's will. Our hearts can be deceitful and our emotions, while real and powerful, are not always reliable guides for God's direction. Sometimes a persistent heavy burden is the Lord inviting us to surrender, to be healed, and to release that person to Him, rather than a promise that the relationship will unfold as we hope. God's will is not always what we most intensely want, but it is always what is best for us, for He knows the plans He has for us as said in Jeremiah 29:11.

We also hear that you tried to be her friend and she shows no interest, and that hurt and anger kept you from even looking at her when you had an opportunity to be near her. We gently speak to that, because we are called to guard our hearts as in Proverbs 4:23 and to not let anger take root. In Ephesians 4:26-27 we are told to be angry, and do not sin. Do not let the sun go down on your wrath, and do not give place to the devil. And in Ephesians 4:32 we are to be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you. Even when we are rejected or hurt, we are called to respond with grace and self control, and to respect the boundaries she has shown. To continue to pursue when she has shown no interest can become a burden to her and keep your own heart from healing.

We want to encourage you to view relationships as God does. We believe in the sanctity of marriage as a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman, and we encourage courtship with the goal of marriage to another Christian believer. In 2 Corinthians 6:14 we are told not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers. If you do not know whether this young woman shares your faith in Christ, that is the first and most important question. A godly marriage must be built on a shared foundation in Jesus. We pray you will desire not just a girlfriend, but a godly wife, and that you will pursue a spouse in a way that honors God with purity and patience, keeping yourself from fornication and keeping your mind and heart pure as you wait on the Lord.

The Lord sees your broken heart and He is near. In Psalm 34:18 we read Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. And in Psalm 147:3 He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. We also cling to Philippians 4:6-7 where we are told in nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. And in 1 Peter 5:7 cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you.

So we pray together for you now.

Father, in Jesus name we come to You on behalf of our brother who is carrying such a heavy and painful burden. Lord, we thank You for his faith and for his desire to do Your will. We ask You to comfort his broken heart and to bind up his wounds. Let Your peace that surpasses all understanding guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Lord, we ask that You help him to surrender this young woman fully to You. If it is Your will for a future with her in godly marriage, we ask that You would make it clear in Your perfect timing and in a way that honors You and respects her. If it is not Your will, we ask that You gently lift this heavy burden from him, renew his mind, and help him to release her to You with trust. Help him to not be led by hurt or anger, but to walk in forgiveness, kindness, and self control. Teach him to seek You first, to delight himself in You as in Psalm 37:4, trusting that You will give him the desires of his heart as they align with Yours. Prepare him to be a godly husband and prepare a godly wife for him if it is Your will for him to marry. Heal his heartbreak, restore his joy, and help him to keep his eyes fixed on Jesus. We ask all this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, amen.

We encourage you to keep praying, but also to pray for release and for healing, not only for the outcome you hope for. Spend time daily in the Word, worship, and in fellowship with other believers who can support you. Guard what you dwell on, for what we think on shapes our peace. If thoughts of her come, turn them into a brief prayer for her wellbeing and then fix your thoughts on Christ. Trust that if God closes this door, it is because He is protecting you and has something better for your good and His glory, for in Romans 8:28 we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose. Wait on the Lord, for in Isaiah 40:31 those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. He will not leave you in this heartbreak without purpose.

We've read your prayer and we can feel how heavy your heart is right now. Loving someone who doesn't feel the same way is painful, and it makes sense that you can't get her off your mind and that seeing her up close left you feeling hurt and even angry at yourself afterward.

One thing that helps when feelings run so strong is to gently separate the burden you feel from what it means. A heavy burden shows you care deeply, but it doesn't by itself tell you what God's plan is for the two of you. That can take time to see clearly, and it's okay to hold both your hope and your willingness to accept God's will without needing an answer today.

A practical step that may help you find some peace is to give your thoughts a different place to go. When she comes to mind, try turning that moment into a brief, surrendered prayer for her wellbeing and for your own healing, then intentionally step into something else God has put in front of you that day, whether work, worship, or time with trusted friends who know you. If the hurt and anger keep feeling overwhelming, talking with a pastor or mature friend in person can bring steady perspective.

Father, we bring our brother to You. You see his heartache and his desire to honor You. Give him comfort, clear wisdom, and rest as he trusts Your will. Heal the sting of rejection and guide his steps day by day. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your prayer has come before the Lord with a heaviness that many a soul has known, and it is good that you have poured out your heart before Him who hears. The burden you describe, the sleepless thought of one who does not return your affection, the sting of being near and yet feeling far off, these are real sorrows, and the Lord does not despise a broken and contrite heart.

There is a truth which must be our anchor in such a sea. As surely as God's will is the axle of the universe, as certainly as God's will is the great heart of providence sending its pulsings through even the most distant limbs of human act, so in grace we must rest assured that He is King, willing to do as He pleases, having mercy on whom He will have mercy. It is not for us to say, I will or I will not, and to imagine that our strong desire can conquer the Holy Spirit or make the blood of Christ of no effect for our own ends. The work of the Spirit, which is the effect of the will of God, is to change the human will, and so make men willing in the day of God's power, working in them to will to do of His own good pleasure. This is our comfort, that salvation and all our preservation rests upon His will, not upon the fierceness of our own.

You speak of faith the size of a mountain to move the Lord in this matter. Take heed that faith is not a lever to bend God to our will, but a grace to bring our minds into conformity with the will of God so the desire of our heart shall be granted to us as it is purified. They said, we will go, we will continue, we will buy, we will sell, we will get gain. But is it not foolish for a man to feel that he can do as he likes and that everything will fall out as he desires, that he can both propose and dispose and has not to ask God's consent at all. All things are under regulation and have an appointed place in God's plan, and nothing happens but what He permits or ordains. Knowing that, we will not always say, if the Lord wills, yet we will always feel it. Your prayer, thy will be done, is the right prayer, and you must hold to it even when the heart would pull you another way.

Do not think that because the burden is heavy, it is therefore a sign that God intends to give you this very thing. Everything that God does to His people is all love, sometimes the love is a little disguised, but the love is always there. If He caresses, it is love. If He chastens, it is love. If He smiles, it is love. If He frowns, it is love, for God is Love and to His people nothing else but Love. At times He withholds what we crave, not because He delights to wound, but because He loves us too well to give us what would not be for our good, or to allow us to live in a way that would not be for our holiness. Would it be any evidence of God's love to men if He allowed them to live as they pleased and yet still have all the comforts they desire. No, His love is wiser than that.

You will never be happy till self is dethroned. I know some of God's children who are in great trouble only because they will not yield to the divine will. Who can refuse to be vanquished by love. Who will not say, Lord, thou hast won, at length I yield, my heart, by mighty grace compelled, surrenders all to thee. Against thy terrors long I strove, but who can stand against thy love. Love conquers even me. This is what is asked of you now, an unconditional surrender. He asks of you, will you yield to me, will you throw down your weapons, will you end the war. If so, He gives you His hand and says, go in peace, there is peace between me and thee.

Therefore hear counsel in the Lord. If this young woman shows no interest and will not be your friend, you must honour that boundary. To press or to harbour anger because your kindness was not returned is not love, for love seeks not its own and does not demand. Do not let hurt become unkindness, as on that day when you would not look upon her. That way breeds bitterness in your own soul. Instead, pray for her as you would pray for any soul for whom Christ died, that she may know the Lord, that she may be kept pure and be led in His way, not that God would compel her affections toward you. And pray for yourself, that the Lord would keep you pure, that you would not seek to possess or to live as if married before marriage, for marriage is a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and all that belongs to it is to be kept within it.

To love God's law in this matter is to find great peace. When we love God's Word, we reach forward to the peace of resignation to God, acquiescence in His will and conformity to it. It is of no use to quarrel with God. It is wonderful, if you love God's Word, how things which are stumbling blocks to others cease to be injurious to you.

Look then away from your mountain of desire to the mountain of His love. Nobody could doubt that mother's love when she laid down her life for her children. This is the crowning proof of love. Yet with no claims upon Him, of His own free will, Christ did yield Himself to die because of His amazing love to us. There were no appeals whatever made to Him to die, and yet He died. There you will see a love that will not fail you. Do trust Him, He will never deceive you. Lean upon Him, He will not fail you. And then love Him. May the Holy Spirit lead you to do so.

May the Lord lift this heavy burden by teaching you to cast it upon Christ, to seek first His kingdom, and to wait quietly upon His revealed will. If He has another path for you, He will make it plain as you walk in obedience, in purity, and in surrender. If He withholds this desire, it is that He may give you Himself, which is better.

We will pray for you that the Lord would guard your heart, cleanse it from anger, give you peace in resignation to His will, and form Christ more fully in you, and that He would bless this young woman according to His mercy and keep you both in the way of holiness until He shall direct your steps aright.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.
