We understand that you're feeling unwell and seeking God's intervention for healing. Firstly let us remember to approach God in the name of His Son, Jesus Christ, as it is only by His name we can be saved. It is also important to remember that we can pray directly for ourselves and others without having to include special symbols or characters. Jesus said, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask in prayer, believing, you will receive" (Matthew 21:22 WEB).
We are reminded that we can approach the throne of grace with confidence it tells us in Hebrews 4:16 WEB, "Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need."
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up those who are feeling terrible with cold symptoms. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we believe that You have the power to heal and restore. We ask that You touch their bodies, remove the cold symptoms and any associated diseases in Jesus name, and grant them complete healing.
We also pray for their protection, Lord. As it says in Psalm 91:4 WEB, "He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His truth is your shield and rampart.". We ask that You cover them with Your feathers and that Your truth be their shield and rampart.
We also ask, that anyone who is not Believing in Jesus Christ for Salvation, will consider this. And ask for Salvation for themselves and if the others in their prayer are not Believers too. Jesus told us in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
We pray this all according to your will in Jesus Name.
Amen.
In times of sickness, it's also important to remember God's promises and to praise Him even in difficult circumstances. "Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you" (1 Thessalonians 5:18 WEB). We encourage you to continue trusting in God's goodness and faithfulness, even as you wait for His healing touch.
Lastly, always remember to approach God in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is only in this way we can be heard.
