Lord, help me as I fast and pray. I pray oh Lord that you will remember me and consider my requests. Arise and deliver me from these trials, and protect me from the enemy and his mockery. Help and strengthen me to walk in the Spirit, pray in the Spirit, read the Scriptures, and worship in spirit and in truth. Empower me to do your work and edify your saints.
