Lord, help me and my partner to be the best employers that we can be, that we will continue to have faith in the goodness of our employees, that we will overcome the challenges that keep the company from moving forward, and above all for us to remember to be humble because good leaders must first learn to be good followers. In that regard, please shed Your light upon us, guide us in our work and protect us from those who mean us ill-will. Forgive us for our shortcomings, and give us the strength and faith to do what is just and right. Please bless our employees, open their hearts that we may work hand in hand with them to bring out the best in our company and that financial opportunities will be available to them through their employment with us. Please also bless those who mean us ill-will, that their hearts be enlightened and blessed by Your kindness and love. Lastly, please bless our competitors, that they too may receive your Grace and Guidance, and our Clients, that they continue to provide opportunities for us and our competitors and most importantly the continued employment of our employees. That's asking for a lot of blessings, but at this point in time we are just so thankful that we can pray to You, and in the simple act of prayer we find some comfort, strength and faith.
