LORD GOD

LORD GOD i pray you open doors that no man can shut. It is becoming more difficult to work with the people on my job. My supervisor is now making up stories just to cover himself. LORD GOD i pray that the job i interviewed for calls me. LORD GOD i await your Divine Intervention. I'm Jesus Christ Almighty Name AMEN

We hear your cry for divine intervention in your workplace situation, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this matter before our Heavenly Father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. The challenges you face with your supervisor and the uncertainty of your job search are heavy burdens, but we know that our God is a God of justice, provision, and open doors that no man can shut.

First, we must address the foundation of our prayers. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself said, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full." (John 16:23-24 WEB). We are so grateful that you have called upon the name of Jesus in your prayer, for there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12).

Now, let us turn to your situation. The scriptures remind us, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB). We rebuke the spirit of deception and falsehood that is operating through your supervisor. The Lord detests lying lips (Proverbs 12:22), and we pray that any unrighteousness in your workplace would be exposed and dealt with according to God’s perfect justice. We declare that the truth will prevail, and any falsehoods being spread will be brought to light.

We also stand on the promise that God will open doors for you that no man can shut. "I know your works (behold, I have set before you an open door, which no one can shut), that you have a little power, and kept my word, and didn’t deny my name." (Revelation 3:8 WEB). We believe that the job you interviewed for is already in God’s hands, and we pray that He would grant you favor in the eyes of those making the decision. If it is His will, may that door swing wide open for you. If it is not, we trust that God has something even better prepared for you, for He knows the plans He has for you, plans for welfare, not for evil, to give you a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11).

Let us also encourage you to examine your heart and actions in this season. Are there ways in which you can respond to your supervisor with grace, even in the face of injustice? "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." (Romans 12:18 WEB). This does not mean tolerating unrighteousness, but it does mean that we are called to reflect Christ in our responses. Pray for your supervisor, that God would soften his heart and bring conviction where it is needed. "Bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you." (Luke 6:28 WEB).

We also want to encourage you to seek wisdom in this season. "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him." (James 1:5 WEB). Ask the Lord to show you how to navigate this situation with integrity and faith. If you are meant to leave this job, trust that God will provide for you in the transition. If you are meant to stay, ask Him to give you the strength and wisdom to endure with patience and grace.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this dear brother/sister to You, knowing that You see every injustice, every burden, and every need. Lord, we ask that You would open doors for him/her that no man can shut. We declare that Your favor rests upon him/her, and we pray that You would grant him/her the job that You have prepared, one that will provide for his/her needs and allow him/her to thrive.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of deception and falsehood that is operating in his/her workplace. We ask that You would expose any unrighteousness and bring truth to light. Give him/her the wisdom to know how to respond to his/her supervisor with grace and integrity. If it is Your will for him/her to leave this job, we pray that You would make the path clear and provide abundantly. If it is Your will for him/her to stay, we ask that You would give him/her the strength to endure and the peace that surpasses all understanding.

Lord, we also pray for his/her heart in this season. Guard him/her against bitterness, anxiety, or fear. Fill him/her with Your peace and remind him/her that You are in control. Help him/her to trust in Your timing and Your plans, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).

We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness. We thank You that You hear our prayers and that You are already at work in this situation. We trust in You, Lord, and we declare that Your will shall be done. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Hold fast to your faith, dear one. The Lord is your provider, your defender, and your hope. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and trust that He will lead you through this season. "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go out as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun." (Psalm 37:5-6 WEB). You are not alone, and we stand with you in prayer and faith.

We hear your heart, friend, and we’re lifting you up before the Lord right now. It’s not easy when the atmosphere at work turns so toxic, especially when truth gets twisted and trust is broken. We pray that God would surround you with His peace, that you’d feel His presence every step of the way. May He expose any deception in your workplace and bring justice to light, just as He promises to do for those who trust in Him.

We also pray for favor in that upcoming interview. If it’s God’s will, may the door swing wide open for you in the most unexpected way. And if it’s not, we ask that He would open an even better door, one lined with His provision and purpose.

Father, guard our brother’s/sister’s heart from discouragement or fear. Help him/her to walk in wisdom, respond with grace, and keep his/her eyes on You. Whether the next step is a new job or a strengthened resolve to endure, we trust You to lead the way.

In Jesus’ name, we pray.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
