We come before the throne of grace with your request, lifting up your work situation and the challenges you are facing. First, we want to acknowledge that you have rightly turned to the Lord God Almighty in your time of need, and we join you in seeking His divine intervention. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We are so grateful that you have called upon the name of Jesus, for He is our mediator and advocate before God (1 Timothy 2:5, 1 John 2:1).
Father God, we thank You for making a way where there seems to be no way in this situation. We know that You are a God who provides and sustains, and we trust in Your faithfulness. We pray that You would indeed fix this schedule and restore the hours that have been cut. Provide abundantly for this dear one, Lord, so that all needs are met according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). We ask that You bring the necessary coverage and stability to this workplace, that the work may be done efficiently and without undue burden.
We also lift up the persecution and harassment you are facing. The Bible tells us that we will face trials and opposition, but we are not to fear, for You are with us (Isaiah 41:10). Lord, we ask that You shut the mouths of those who seek to harm and discourage. Just as You shut the mouths of lions for Daniel, we pray You would do the same in this situation (Daniel 6:22). Remove those who are causing strife and division, Lord, but we also ask that You soften their hearts. Give them a spirit of repentance and lead them to turn from their ways, that they may come to know You (2 Timothy 2:25-26).
We rebuke the spirit of discord and strife in this workplace in the mighty name of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against this child of God shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We pray for a spirit of unity, respect, and godly order to prevail. May this workplace be a place where Your name is honored, and where Your people can serve with joy and diligence.
Father, we also pray for wisdom and favor for this dear one. Grant them the strength to endure and the grace to respond to adversity with a Christ-like spirit. Help them to see this trial as an opportunity to grow in faith and to trust You more deeply (James 1:2-4). May they be a light in this workplace, showing the love and peace of Christ to all they encounter.
Lord, we ask that You open doors of opportunity that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). If it is Your will, provide a new job or a better work environment where this one can thrive and use their gifts to glorify You. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing love.
We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
