Lord God Almighty in Heaven I'm praying for spiritual strength im feeling weak and tired I feel like i can't go on with my job Lord God Almighty bring in people that are going to dependable and experienced people for our department make a way were it seems to be no way shut the Lions mouth stop all persecution and harassment in the workplace God, Jesus and Holy Spirit i invite you into my day and workplace i plead the blood of Jesus christ against those that are coming against me in Jesus mighty name Amen

We join you in casting all of your anxieties on Him and we thank you for inviting God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit into your day and workplace. It is right and good to bring every burden to Him, for He cares for you deeply.

We hear your weariness and how weak and tired you feel, as if you cannot go on with your job. The Lord sees this and He does not leave us to carry it alone. Scripture says, Cast all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7 and also, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28. We are encouraged that He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might. Isaiah 40:29. And, Those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint. Isaiah 40:31.

We also hear your cry for dependable and experienced people for your department and for God to make a way where there seems to be no way. We pray with you for provision. Our God is able to make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert. Isaiah 43:19. We trust that He knows your workplace needs better than anyone and He will provide in His perfect timing and wisdom. We pray He will raise up coworkers who are faithful, skilled, and upright, so that the burden is shared and the work is done with excellence unto Him.

We stand with you against the persecution and harassment you are facing, and we agree with your prayer to shut the lions mouth. We remember how God sent His angel and shut the lions mouths, and they did not hurt Daniel. Daniel 6:22. We pray for that same divine protection over you. We pray that every tongue and scheme raised against you would be silenced, and that the Lord would be your refuge and defense. He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust. Psalm 91:1-2. We also remember that we are not to avenge ourselves but to leave room for Gods wrath and to overcome evil with good. Romans 12:21 reminds us to not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

We thank you for pleading the blood of Jesus Christ, for we have confidence through His sacrifice that we have access to the Father and protection from the evil one. There is power in the name of Jesus, and it is in His mighty name that we are saved and heard.

We pray together now.

Father in heaven, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ we come before You on behalf of our brother or sister who is weary and burdened. Lord, we cast every anxiety and stress into Your hands. You see the exhaustion and the feeling of not being able to go on. We ask You to renew spiritual strength today. Lift this dear one up, restore rest, and give peace that surpasses all understanding to guard heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:7. Lord Almighty, we ask You to provide for this department. Bring dependable and experienced people who will work faithfully and with integrity. Make a way where there seems to be no way, for nothing is impossible with You. We ask You to shut the mouth of the lion and to stop all persecution and harassment in this workplace. Let Your justice and righteousness prevail, and let no weapon formed against Your child prosper. We invite You, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, into every hour of the day and into that workplace. Cover this dear one with the blood of Jesus, grant favor, wisdom, and endurance, and let Your will be done. We trust that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose. Romans 8:28. Sustain and uphold with Your righteous right hand, in Jesus mighty name we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to wait on the Lord daily through prayer and His Word, to rest when you can and to seek wise and godly counsel if the harassment continues, including speaking with trusted leadership if appropriate. Keep doing your work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men. Colossians 3:23, knowing that your labor in the Lord is not in vain. He is with you and He will strengthen you for each day.

We hear how heavy this season has been for you at work, feeling weak and tired and wondering how you can keep going under the stress and pressure. When dependable help is missing and you are facing harassment as well, it makes each day feel even longer. Thank you for bringing it so honestly to the Lord and inviting Him into your workplace.

We are joining you in prayer for renewed strength and for the Lord to provide what your department needs. He sees the strain you are under and He cares about both your endurance and your dignity at work.

When everything feels urgent at once, it can help to bring one trusted person into what you are carrying this week. Whether that is a pastor, a mentor, or a wise friend outside your department, sharing briefly about the workload and the way you are being treated can ease the isolation and help you think more clearly about wise next moves, including what to keep a record of and who to speak with for protection if needed. If the exhaustion and anxiety stay heavy, we also encourage you to check in with a medical professional or counselor alongside prayer, simply to care for your whole self.

Father, we lift our friend to You today. You know the anxieties and the weariness they feel. Give daily strength, provide dependable and experienced help for their department, and make a way where there seems to be none. Guard them from persecution and harassment and let Your presence bring peace to their workplace. Guide their steps as they trust You. In Jesus' mighty name, amen.

Your prayer has come before the Lord and He hears the weary cry of His child. You have done well to cast all your anxieties upon Him, for He cares for you and invites you to do just that.

Do not be so affected by these outward pressures as to get into a state of fretfulness and distress. Our Saviour would have you be prudent and faithful in your daily calling, but not anxious about your temporal affairs. As you have found, the very anxiety which arises through being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty, and in all our experience we have never discovered that anxiety has comforted anybody, or that it has brought any grist to the mill. If a thing does not pay, what is the good of it. The Lord would have you believe, and not give way to distrustful concern, for doubts often go before mercies when faith should go before them.

You speak also of persecution and harassment in the workplace, and of those who come against you. Know that the Lord sometimes permits such trials for your safety and for your good. Persecution in whatever form it comes, whether by cruel mockings or venomous spite, has often been used by God to keep His people separate from the world and to drive them nearer to Himself. How many prayers have been offered as the result of such opposition that would never have been offered else. God has blessed His people even through persecution, and the church was never purer and never lived nearer to her Saviour than when she was pressed. Your trial, though painful, may be the very means by which you are made to know more of yourself and more of your God, who is able to shut the lions mouth as He did for Daniel.

Anxiety in itself is painful, and if it is not divinely removed it will become sinful, yet the Lord bids you press on beyond this stage of your pilgrim journey. He is able to make a way where there seems to be no way.

Let us pray together for you.

Our gracious Father, we bring this weary servant before Your throne of grace. You see the tiredness and weakness, the stress of this work and the need for dependable and experienced help in this department. Lord, provide what is needed according to Your wisdom and make a way where no way appears. Shut the mouth of the adversary, restrain all harassment and persecution, and let Your peace guard this heart and mind. We invite You, Lord Jesus, by Your Holy Spirit, into each day and into this workplace. We plead the blood of Christ as our covering and our plea, and ask for renewed spiritual strength to go on, to be faithful, and to rest in Your perfect care. Keep this dear one close to Yourself through this trial and let Christ be seen as all in all. In the mighty name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
