Lord God Heavenly Father,
I thank you for all the blessings you have given us in life and I pray that you continue to bless and protect us from evil and interference of the wrong kind and that you lead my daughter and I to the perfect place you want for us. I lift up all those who grieve, particularly in or following conflict.
Thinking particularly of the soldier that lost his life yesterday, his family and friends, and all those for who war has a special significance. I lift up those who suffer in Syria and refugees from that conflict. I ask that you bless and protect all those who live or serve in conflict. I thank you for them Lord and for their bravery. I pray you take care of those who leave with battle scars and PTSD, that you heal them, help them to reconcile themselves and bless their live in the process.All those affected by recent earthquake or hurricane Sandy. I pray that you help them to get back on track and work miracles. I thank you for all those working miracles on your behalf.
I lift up all those who suffer in or under a broken CPS system and I pray that you rout out the bad and bless and prosper the good, honest and decent people within this system, raise them up Lord to be god examples. I pray that where possible you reunite and heal families, and that you stand in judgement over the politicians and professionals that unduly cause them suffering. I ask you to reform this system.
I pray for an end to conflict, strife climate change and other woes and for your blessing on all of the work of our hands, minds, hearts and souls. And dedicate our days to you Lord in jesus name. Amen
