Lord, deliver me from noisy and evil people

Please let those noisy people go away.
He talks on the phone on the balcony.
I ask him to be peaceful.
And he says, please have understanding, my mom died.
And I hear him on the phone speaking to someone, that his grandmom died.
And 2 days before they had a party till 2 am.
Please Lord, deliver me from evil people!!
He said even, if you will harass me like this I will call the police, and I said to him, you are even not our tenant. Unbelievable!!
I want to catch up a sleep that they stole from me 2 nights before.

God encamp Your angels all around me to cover and protect me from all sickness, evil, hurt, harm, danger, accidents, the plans of my enemies, and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God deal with my enemies according to Your Word. God all that I have asked of You in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of this prayer and all those I care about.
