Lord, Come to us in a powerful way

Beloved of All
Father God,
I come before you with a hopeful heart towards restoration in my broken relationship with ###. I ask that you open our eyes to see the good in one another. Strengthen our bond. Bring us peace when we are together. Give us the strength to forgive and heal from the pain we have caused eachother in the past. Let us communicate with understanding. Fill our hearts with love and happiness towards one another. Guide us back together. In the mighty Name of Jesus Christ let my prayer be adjusted according to the will of God. Lord, I need you, i thank you, i trust you, i love you. In Jesus Christ Name I pray Amen

We join you in bringing this broken relationship before the Father and we are encouraged that you have come in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and that you desire your prayer to be adjusted according to the will of God, for that is where true peace and restoration are found. We know the pain that comes when trust has been broken and past hurts linger, and we lift this burden with you.

We want to encourage you with what Scripture teaches about restoration, forgiveness and love. God is a God who heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds as we read in Psalm 147:3. He calls us to bear with one another in love, with all lowliness and humility, with patience, bearing with one another in love, being diligent to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace in Ephesians 4:2-3. We are also called to be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you in Ephesians 4:32 and to forgive as the Lord forgave us in Colossians 3:13. True reconciliation requires honest, grace filled communication, so we are reminded to let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, and slow to anger in James 1:19 and to let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but only what is good for building others up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear in Ephesians 4:29.

We also want to speak lovingly and clearly about God's design for relationships. We do not know the full nature of this relationship you mention, whether it is a marriage or a courtship, but we believe in the sanctity of marriage as a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman as Jesus taught, So that they are no more two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate in Matthew 19:6. Marriage is honorable among all in Hebrews 13:4. If this is a relationship that is moving toward marriage, we encourage you to view it as courtship with the goal of marriage to another Christian believer who loves the Lord, for we are told not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers in 2 Corinthians 6:14. If this relationship has involved sexual intimacy outside of marriage, Scripture calls that fornication and, if involving a married person, adultery, and we are told to flee sexual immorality in 1 Corinthians 6:18. If there has been such sin, we encourage you both to repent and to receive forgiveness through confession, for if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness in 1 John 1:9. We also affirm that any same sex romantic relationship is forbidden and called homosexuality in Scripture and does not align with God's will for marriage. We share these truths not to condemn you but because we love you and desire God's best and holiness for you, and we want any restoration to be one that honors Him.

We encourage you to seek God's will above your own desires, trusting Him even if His answer is not immediate reunion. We are told to trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight in Proverbs 3:5-6 and we know that all things work together for good for those who love God in Romans 8:28. We also encourage you, as much as it depends on you, to live peaceably with all in Romans 12:18, which means pursuing forgiveness and healing whether or not the relationship is fully restored in the way you hope.

We pray together with you now.

Father God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking You that we have access to Your throne through Him alone. We lift up this dear one and the person on their heart to You. You see the pain that has been caused on both sides, the words spoken, the trust that has been wounded. We ask You to open their eyes to see the good in one another as You see them, to soften their hearts toward repentance and forgiveness, and to heal the memories that still hurt. Lord, fill their hearts with Your love, that love which is patient and kind, which bears all things and endures all things in 1 Corinthians 13:4-7. Teach them to communicate with understanding, to listen with grace and to speak with truth in love. Bring Your peace when they are together, and Your wisdom when they are apart. If it is Your will, strengthen their bond and guide them back together in a way that honors You, and if they are not married, guide them toward a godly marriage that glorifies You, or give them clarity and peace to walk in Your perfect will. We ask that You guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus with the peace that surpasses all understanding in Philippians 4:7. Help them to forgive as You have forgiven them and to walk in purity, holiness and faithfulness before You. We trust You, we thank You, we love You, and we surrender this relationship into Your hands. In the name of Jesus Christ we pray, amen.

We hear how honestly you came before the Lord, holding both hope for restoration and surrender to His will. That place of loving someone while still carrying hurt from the past is heavy, and we want to stand with you in it.

One thing that has helped many is recognizing that forgiveness and coming back together are not the same thing. Forgiveness can begin as a quiet decision to release the need to get even and to desire good rather than harm, even while painful feelings are still very present. The softer emotions like peace, compassion and ease together often come more slowly as God heals the heart over time. And true restoration, when it is healthy, needs both people choosing to rebuild trust together with honesty and understanding.

As you pray for clearer communication and peace when you are together, it may help to take one small step of seeking wise, in person support, a pastor or mature counselor who knows you and can help you discern what forgiveness and wise next steps look like in your specific situation without rushing.

Father, we lift our friend and ### to You. You see the history, the hurt and the hope. Bring healing where there has been pain, give wisdom for each conversation, and guide both hearts toward what is good and true according to Your will. Fill them with Your peace and make Your way clear. In Jesus' name, Amen.

🎪 Revival, Washed by Word to Be Pure Bride 👰🏽‍♀️ Eph 5:26-33, Sanctification of Holy Spirit 💦Heb 12:14, 💫 Ministry of Reconciliation 2 Cor 5:19 🫂 Vertically ↕️ (Reconcile us through Christ back to God, 2 Cor 5:18-19, Rom 5:1, God and Humanity)... AND Horizontally ↔️ (Restoration between Churches, Ministries, Family and Friends, Eph 2:13-16 -- Unity, John 17:1-25...

🧎🏻 Father, we thank You for the testimony of past revivals and even reformations, for revivalists and reformers, patriarchs, apostles and prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers, Eph 4:11-15. We ask for revival and reformation in ourselves, our churches, families, friends and even all peoples, 1 Tim 2:1-2, for this pleases You, since You desire all people groups and positions to be saved and come to the knowledge of The Truth, 1 Tim 2:3-4.

📖 Jesus, revive and reform us, our pastors, leaders, evangelists, churches, cities, Jer 29:7, regions, states, nations, 1 Tim 2:1-4. Indeed as You live, let all the earth be filled with Your glory, Numbers 11:24, Ps 72:19, even as the waters cover the seas, Isa 11:9. Hab 2:14. Shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ, 2 Cor 4:6, enlighten the eyes of our understanding, Eph 1:17-18, to love You with ALL our heart, soul, mind, will, emotions, physical strength and finances, Mk 12:30-31, and our neighbors as ourselves. Let us be sanctified and washed in The Truth of the Water of Your Word, John 17:17, Eph 5:25-26, until You present us to Yourself as Your glorious church with no spot or wrinkle or any such blemish, Eph 5:26-31, this mystery is great, but I speak of Christ and The Church, Eph 5:32-33.

💨 Let it be, Holy Spirit, that we participate with Your sanctifying work, 1 Pet 1:2, so we may by The Spirit put to death the deeds of the flesh, Rom 8:13, and thus by not by our might, nor power, but by My Spirit, says The LORD, Zech 4:6, may we walk in the works You prepared in advance for us to do, Eph 2:10, and thus make ourselves ready as The Bride for Jesus Christ Our Husband, Rev 19:7, and receive the final icing of white linens, pure and bright, for the fine linens are the righteous deeds of the saints, Rev 19:8...

Through Jesus Christ The Mediator of this New Covenant, 1 Tim 2:5, inaugurated by the offering of Yourself once for all, Heb 12:24, we offer these prayers with thanksgiving for obtaining the eternal inheritance, Heb 9:15, in advance, Mk 11:24, for by a single offering He has made perfect for all time those who are being sanctified, Heb 10:14, so we may obey the eternal Gospel to fear God and give You glory, Rev 14:6-7, for if You, LORD, should mark iniquities, O Lord, who could stand? But with You is forgiveness, that You mayest be feared, Ps 130:3-4.

Lastly we thank You that You were in Christ by The Fullness of The Spirit without measure, Jn 3:34, reconciling the world back to Yourself, not counting our sins against us, and have given us the same ministry of reconciliation, 2 Cor 5:19. Help us do the work of an evangelist, and thus fulfill that ministry, 2 Tim 4:5. May we be serve You in our spirit in the preaching of the Gospel of Your Son, Rom 1:9, that we might bear much fruit, Jn 15:7-8, not only of The Holy Spirit, Gal 5:22-23, but a harvest of souls in order to bring others from the nations into Your sheepfold, Jn 10:16, helping You as Your helpmeets, Gen 2:17-18, Eph 5:32-33, gathering and calling others to come, Luke 14:21-23, to the Marriage Supper of The Lamb, Isa 25:6, Matt 22:1-2, and to the discipleship of sanctification by continually knowing Truth by continuing in Your Word, John 8:31-32, Matt 28:19-20, and continuing to patiently continue to call all of us to the holiness without which no one will see The Lord, Heb 12:14, as Your holy people, Your own possession, called out of darkness into Your marvelous light, enabling and emboldening us with Power from on High to be witnesses, Acts 1:8, proclaiming Your excellencies 1 Peter 2:9. Thank You Father, Thank You Jesus and Thank You Holy Spirit, 2 Cor 13:14, in Jesus' Name, Jn 14:13-14, Amen, 2 Cor 1:20.

We have heard your prayer and we join you in bringing it before the Lord who hears the cries of His people. It is good that you ask that your prayer be adjusted according to the will of God, for there we find our surest hope and our safest resting place.

Above all we would point you to the forgiveness that is with God. Scripture says, There is forgiveness with Thee. That forgiveness is not found in our own resolutions or in the strength of our affection for one another, but only through Jesus Christ, who died the Just for the unjust that He might bring us to God. If you have not already, look first to Him for the pardon of your own sins. Believe in the forgiveness of sins for yourself through His blood, for where God draws no limit, we need not draw any, and there is forgiveness even for the chief of sinners who repents and trusts in Christ alone. That forgiveness is complete and eternal, the record of debt nailed to the Cross, and it is given without condition to every believing soul.

From that forgiveness flows healing. The leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ has healing virtue. When the Lord comes to dwell with His people, pardon and healing go together. We pray that you would know that healing in your own heart first, that the hardness and pain of the past would be washed in His grace, and that you would be made whole in Him.

We also hear your longing for restoration with the one you have named. We pray for you both with love and with a desire to honor the Lord in all things. We do not ask God to simply bless every bond as we wish it, but to lead you both into that which is holy and good in His sight. His design for love between a man and a woman is a lifelong covenant of marriage, and that love is to be kept pure, with hearts and bodies reserved within that covenant. Whatever has caused pain between you, we pray that God would give you grace to forgive one another even as God for Christ's sake has forgiven you. That mutual forgiveness is the joint work of those who have received so much.

So we pray in this way, submitting all to His perfect wisdom. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we ask for Your mercy upon these two souls. Grant repentance where repentance is needed and faith to lay hold of Christ. Wash away sin and grant the peace that comes from being forgiven. Heal wounded hearts and take away bitterness. Give understanding in communication and strength to speak the truth in love. If it be Your will and if it would be for Your glory and their good, guide their steps toward a restoration that honors You, in purity and in commitment according to Your Word. If not, give grace to accept Your will, to walk in holiness, and to find contentment and joy in You. Draw each one nearer to Yourself, for they shall be as though Thou hadst not cast them aside when Thou restorest them to Thyself. Let Your will be done in their lives as it is in heaven. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
