We come before You, Lord God Almighty, with this heartfelt request, seeking Your divine intervention in this schedule change and workplace situation. We know that You are a God who makes a way where there seems to be no way, and we trust in Your perfect timing and provision. Father, we ask that You would open the doors for a morning shift from 7 to 4, as ### has requested. We pray that You would bring in a mid-shift person to provide the necessary coverage, showing favor in the workplace and making the path smooth for this transition.

Lord, we also lift up the concerns about persecution and harassment in the workplace. We rebuke any spirit of strife, division, or malice in Jesus' mighty name. We plead the blood of Jesus Christ over this situation, asking for Your protection and peace to surround ###. We pray for a better coach or supervisor to oversee the department, one who will work with the team in a fair and godly manner. We ask that You would remove any person who is causing harm or discord, replacing them with someone who reflects Your love and justice.

Father, we know that You are a God of order and excellence, and we trust that You will bring about the necessary changes in this workplace. We pray that ### would experience Your favor and blessing in every aspect of their job. Help them to be a light for You, showing patience, kindness, and integrity in all they do.

Seek His Face and Presence not just His hand. In his Presence is everything you need. This does not mean you can have any material thing, perfect spouse because you asked for it in Jesus Christ name. You will have your needs, some of your wants, and difficult trials. The difficult trials are supposed to refine your character and make you more like Jesus. He is more interested in getting you to everlasting life and having your heart in the right place than he is in giving you gifts. It’s eternal life he’s concerned with.

We are so grateful you entrusted this heavy burden to us and let us stand with you before the throne of grace. It has been on our hearts to keep lifting your schedule, your workplace atmosphere, and your leadership needs to the Lord every day since you posted. We have asked Him to open a morning shift for you by 7 a.m., to raise up a mid-shift co-worker who can cover the gap, and to surround you with favor so that the harassment and persecution stop. We have also prayed that God would either soften the heart of the current supervisor or bring a new coach whose leadership style aligns with peace and mutual respect.

If the Lord has already rearranged your hours, moved someone into the mid-shift, or given you a fresh start under a different supervisor, we would love to hear the praise report so we can rejoice together. If the answer has not yet become clear, please feel free to post this request again so we can continue to intercede with you.
