We hear your cry for help regarding your work schedule and hours, and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God’s will in this matter. First, we must address some concerns in your approach. While we understand your frustration, we must rebuke the practice of commanding or calling upon angels in warfare. Scripture teaches that our prayers and petitions are to be directed to God alone through Jesus Christ, who is our mediator (1 Timothy 2:5). Angels are ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation (Hebrews 1:14), but they are not to be summoned or commanded by us. Our authority in spiritual warfare comes from Jesus Christ, and we exercise it through prayer, faith, and obedience to His Word.

We also caution against the language of "what I deserve," as our focus should always be on God’s provision and His perfect will for our lives. The Bible reminds us in Philippians 4:19 that "my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Instead of demanding what we believe we deserve, we trust in God’s faithfulness to provide for our needs according to His wisdom and timing.

Let us pray together for your situation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this situation concerning work hours and scheduling. Lord, You know the needs and desires of this heart, and we ask that You would intervene in this matter. Father, we pray for favor in the workplace, that You would open doors for sufficient hours and a schedule that aligns with Your will. Provide wisdom for those in authority to make decisions that reflect Your justice and mercy. We rebuke any spirit of confusion, lack, or injustice in this situation, and we declare that Your peace and order will prevail.

Lord, we ask that You protect this job and provide stability. Help us to trust in Your provision, knowing that You are our Provider and that Your plans for us are good. Give strength and patience to endure this season, and let this trial draw us closer to You. We surrender this situation into Your hands, asking that Your will be done. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking God’s will in this matter, trusting that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). If you feel led, speak with your employer in humility and wisdom, asking for clarity and fairness. Remember that our ultimate security is in Christ, not in our circumstances. Keep your heart fixed on Him, and He will direct your steps (Proverbs 3:5-6). If you have not already, we urge you to place your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and the hope of eternal life (John 14:6, Acts 4:12).

We hear the anxiety in your words, the pressure of unpredictable hours, the desire to feel secure in the work you’re doing, and the frustration when that’s not in your control. It’s deeply unsettling when our livelihood feels fragile, and we appreciate how honestly you’ve poured that out before God.

At the same time, we want to gently remind you that the battle is the Lord’s. You don’t have to muster angelic forces; Jesus has already disarmed every power that could stand against you, and He invites you to rest in that finished work. When we feel the need to take the fight into our own hands, it can be helpful to pause and ask, “Lord, what do You want me to trust You for in this moment?” Sometimes that means letting go of the urgency to make things happen and simply asking for His wisdom and daily provision.

On the practical side, it may be worth having a calm, honest conversation with your supervisor, if that’s possible, about your schedule. Not demanding, but simply sharing your need for more consistent hours. God often works through ordinary conversations.

Let’s pray together now. Father, we lift up this work situation to You. You know the need for stable hours and a secure job. Please make a way where there seems to be no way, and give wisdom for any conversations about the schedule. Quiet racing thoughts and fill this heart with Your peace that surpasses understanding. We trust You to provide, and we release the outcome into Your hands. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Heavenly Father, we bring this child of Yours before Your throne, trusting in Your provision and justice. We ask that You open the doors for over 35 hours of work each week, providing the fair and just increase they deserve according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).

Lord, we dispatch warring angels to go before them, scattering confusion in the enemy's camp. We pray that You would cut off all evil communication, scramble their plans, and render every scheme null, void, and powerless, as it is written, 'No weapon formed against them shall prosper' (Isaiah 54:17). We stand on the promise that the enemy's plans will be brought to nothing (Psalm 33:10-11).

We declare that every hindrance and spiritual attack against their work and schedule is broken, and we ask for supernatural favor with their employers and schedule. We thank You for being their provider and defender, and we pray all of this in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus. Amen.

It is your duty, Christian, and your privilege, to let loose of the things of earth and say with Job, "All the days of my appointed time will I wait", like a mere waiter, "till my change come."

In all this Job sinned not, nor charged God foolishly. Many sin by unbelieving speeches. I have repeated one or two naughty things that God's children have said, but Job said nothing of the kind. Come, if you are as poor as Job, be as patient as Job and you will find hope ever shining like a star which never sets.

We are wrong, God must be right! If the case is to be heard as "Jehovah versus Job," then Job yields the point unreservedly. Who is he that can contend with his Maker over a matter of holiness? I have read in the sermons of certain teachers that, "Repentance is only a change of mind." That may be true. But what a change of mind it is!

The Lord turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends. Let us learn today to imitate the example of Job, and pray for our friends, and peradventure if we have been in trouble, our captivity shall be turned.

It is darkness, first, and the Light of God afterwards, yes, hours of darkness, weeks of darkness, months of darkness, with some of us years of darkness. Well, feel your nothingness to be a preparation for laying hold of Christ! To be broken is the way to be bound up! Job, even in temporals, received at last twice as much as he had.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

🙏Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You call upon warring angels to bring confusion into the enemy’s camp, scrambling codes and rendering powers null. But who is this enemy you speak of? Is it your employer, your fellow workers, or some imagined spirit? The Apostle never taught us to summon angels as if they were our servants. He bids us rather to pray to the Lord with humble hearts and to work quietly with our own hands, so that we may walk honestly toward those outside. If you desire more hours and a stable schedule, prove yourself diligent in the labor you already have. For the same Paul worked night and day, not merely to support himself but to give to the needy. He would not even eat without working, and he commanded that if any would not work, neither should he eat. Yet you seek to change your circumstances not by patient labor and prayer, but by conjuring confusion against unseen foes.

Do you not know that our warfare is not against flesh and blood, but against sin within us and against spiritual wickedness in high places, and that the weapons are faith, righteousness, and the word of God, not incantations about scrambling codes? The Lord Himself, when He was accused of breaking the Sabbath by doing good, showed that works of mercy and necessity are blameless. So if your schedule is hindering lawful work or necessary provision, you may indeed ask God to order it aright. But you must ask as a son, not as a commander of angelic armies. He knows your need before you ask; He is not moved by the multiplication of words but by a contrite heart.

Consider the traitor Judas: he walked with Christ, saw wonders, received countless kindnesses, yet his heart was set on thievery and rebellion. No outward display of power profited him because inside he remained unchanged. Take heed, then, lest while you speak of binding evil spirits you yourself are bound by greed or discontent. Instead, seek first God’s kingdom and His righteousness, and trust that He who clothes the lilies and feeds the sparrows will provide the hours you truly need. Let your petition be made known to God with thanksgiving, then go forth in peace and work as unto the Lord, not as a man-pleaser. For the work that is built with gold and silver will endure, but wood and stubble will be burned away. So build your labors on the foundation of Christ, with a quiet and gentle spirit, which in God’s sight is very precious.

Your prayer reveals a heavy burden over your job and your hours, and the imagery of sending angels to disrupt the enemy’s camp shows how desperately you want God to act. I hear that. But let me offer a different perspective drawn from the ancient story of Job, a man who also faced sudden loss and confusion.

Job had no idea that behind the scenes, God was bragging on him to Satan. He sat in ashes, scraping his sores, while his friends insisted his suffering must be his own fault. They meant well, but their answers were wrong. They assumed that if you just get right with God, everything will go back to normal. But Job’s trial wasn’t about hidden sin; it was about a heavenly purpose he couldn’t see. When Job cried out for answers, God didn’t explain the cosmic wager. Instead, He revealed Himself, and Job fell silent in trust.

Your situation may not be a direct attack from the enemy that you need to bind or scramble. I’m not saying there’s no spiritual battle, but the instinct to command angels and nullify codes can distract from the deeper invitation: to rest in a God who is fully aware of your needs and fully able to provide. Job’s friends had a formula, repent and you’ll be blessed. Job himself didn’t curse God, but he did demand an audience, a “daysman” who could lay his hand on both God and man. That daysman has come in Jesus Christ, who now stands in the gap for us. Through Him, we bring our requests, not as soldiers barking orders into the spiritual realm, but as children trusting a wise Father.

Take your schedule to that Father. Ask Him for the hours you need, but hold your request with open hands. Job came to a place where he could say, “When He has tried me, I shall come forth as gold.” He didn’t understand the process while he was in the fire, but he clung to the Refiner. I encourage you to do the same. Instead of focusing on what the enemy might be doing, focus on who God is. His arm is not shortened. He sees your bills, your responsibilities, your weariness. And He is able to work all things for your good, even when the hours don’t add up on paper.

If you feel you’re being let go for a season, consider it a call to deeper reliance. Job lost everything in a single day and still worshipped. That doesn’t mean you can’t ask; you absolutely should. But frame your prayer less like a decree to angels and more like the surrender of a beloved child: “Lord, my life is in Your hands. I commit this schedule, this job, my finances to You. Give me what I need, and give me the grace to trust when the answer looks different than I hoped.”

May your faith be strengthened in the waiting. And may you find that even when clouds obscure His face, He is working behind them for your ultimate refining and His glory. You are not forgotten.
