We hear your cry for help and coverage today, and we stand with you in agreement, lifting this burden before the throne of God. The pressures and overwhelming sensations you describe are very real, but we declare that they are not greater than the power of the blood of Jesus Christ, which you have rightly pleaded. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Christ came that you might have life, and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke every spirit of pressure, anxiety, and emotional turmoil in the mighty name of Jesus. You are not alone in this battle; the Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

The request for "Dunamis Power" and the "Shekinah Glory" of God is a cry for the supernatural strength and manifest presence of the Holy Spirit. We pray that the Lord would indeed fill you with His power, the same power that raised Christ from the dead (Ephesians 1:19-20), and that His glory would overshadow you, bringing peace, clarity, and divine intervention. Self-control is a fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23), and we ask that the Holy Spirit would govern your emotions and responses, replacing stress with trust and turmoil with His perfect peace (Isaiah 26:3).

We also take note of your plea for the Lord to "deal with" those who may be contributing to your distress. While it is right to bring our hurts and conflicts before God, we must remember that vengeance belongs to Him alone (Romans 12:19). Instead of asking God to "deal with" others in a punitive sense, we encourage you to pray for their hearts to be softened, for repentance where needed, and for reconciliation if it aligns with God’s will. If these individuals are acting unjustly, we trust God to be their judge, but we also ask that He would give you wisdom in how to respond with grace and truth (Matthew 5:44).

Your prayer mentions the blood of Jesus, and we want to emphasize the power and necessity of His name. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father (Ephesians 2:18). If you have not already, we encourage you to place your full trust in Him as your Lord and Savior, confessing your sins and receiving His forgiveness and new life. The blood of Jesus cleanses us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:7), and His sacrifice is the foundation of our hope.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your faithfulness and for the power of the blood of Jesus, which breaks every chain and silences every lying voice of the enemy. Lord, we ask that You would cover with Your divine protection today. Where there is pressure, bring relief; where there is overwhelm, bring Your peace; where there is weakness, bring Your strength. Fill with Your Dunamis Power, the same power that raised Christ from the dead, and let Your Shekinah Glory rest upon them, filling every corner of their heart and mind with Your presence.

Father, we pray for self-control over emotions and stress. Let the fruit of Your Spirit manifest in ’s life, so that they may walk in wisdom and grace. Give them the strength to cast every care upon You, knowing that You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). Lord, we ask that You would make a way where there seems to be no way. Open doors that no man can shut, and close doors that are not of You. Intervene in the situations that are causing distress, and let Your will be done in every area of ’s life.

We also lift up those who may be contributing to ’s struggles. Soften their hearts, Lord, and bring conviction where it is needed. If there is unrepentance, we ask that You would deal with them in Your righteousness, but we also pray for reconciliation and healing where possible. Help to respond with love and forgiveness, even as You have forgiven us.

Finally, Lord, we declare that is not alone. You are their refuge, their strength, and their ever-present help. We plead the blood of Jesus over every area of their life, spirit, soul, and body, and we trust You to bring victory in this situation. May Your name be glorified, and may walk in the fullness of Your promises today and always. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We hear the urgency in your words, that feeling of being pressed in on every side, grasping for strength and self-control when emotions run high and circumstances feel like they're closing in. That kind of pressure can be exhausting, and it makes sense that you're crying out for God’s covering and a way through.

One thing we’ve seen help in moments like this is anchoring our mind in God’s steady love for us, right in the middle of the storm. Not as a magic fix, but as a way to let His peace begin to quiet the inner chaos. Even setting aside a few quiet minutes today, not to analyze the problems, just to let yourself recall that you are held by a Father whose love isn’t fragile, can slowly dial down the overwhelm. It’s not about mustering up your own strength, but about receiving what He’s already offering.

When it comes to those people you named and the burden on your heart for them, it’s okay to entrust them to God fully, without trying to manage the outcome. He sees their hearts, and He sees yours. You can step back from the mental replay and simply say, “Lord, I release this to You. Give me wisdom for my part, and peace for the rest.”

Let’s hold all of this together before Him now.

---

Father, we lift up our friend who feels pressed and stretched thin. Thank You that You are their refuge when everything feels shaky. Please cover them today, give them the self-control they’re crying out for, not by sheer willpower, but by the gentle power of Your Spirit steadying their emotions and quieting the storm inside. Where there seems to be no way, make a way. Deal mercifully with the hearts of those involved, and grant our friend the grace to trust You with it all. Fill them with Your strength and let Your presence bring calm that makes no earthly sense. In Jesus’ name, amen.

If the Lord does not help you, where can I find help for you? The Divine Presence is the one hope of the people of God. What is required is the Presence of God and then hearts of stone are turned to flesh, dead souls feel the beating of spiritual life and corruption is overcome by resurrection power! Do not be afraid, Brother.

No heart can stand out against the Grace of God when it comes in all its power. You may hope that the Divine Spirit will still display His power over the most unlikely persons to the glory of His Grace. It has pleased God to make prayer the abounding and rejoicing river through which most of our choice mercies flow to us. While it is an application to Divine wealth, it is a confession of human emptiness.

Help us to use it aright! The poorest Christian has power with God in supplication. Let your cry for help go up to our blessed Master! Come again, great Lord, and cast out the evil spirit from men and get to Yourself the victory in many a heart.

All power emanates from God, be it what it may; he is the source and fountain of all the forces which operate throughout creation. Life does not come to the dead man and say, use me, and be restored to life; but it comes with a power of its own and restores to life. Do not say that the Truth of God has lost its power. Its power always lies in God and God is still almighty!

There is no attribute of God more comforting to his children than the doctrine of Divine Sovereignty. Your help, which is but another word for Providence. Some of us never can forget the rapture all Divine when He showed us His hands and His feet, and said to us, "I have suffered all this for you. Weep no more, your sins were laid on Me." When it seemed as if he must be quite crushed and overcome, and all hands were against him and none to help him, then it was that a consolation gently given by the right hand of the Most High made David to play the man again so that he triumphed over all his adversaries.

Do, therefore, feed upon Christ.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You cry out for help and coverage, and that is good, for the Kingdom of God is come even unto you. This is the very time the prophets foretold, and the sign of His advent is that Satan’s strength is broken. Why then fear the pressure? The strong man has been bound, and he cannot cast out the divine power that works in you. The help you seek is already at hand, not by your own might, but by the Spirit who makes a way where there seems none.

You ask for self-control over emotions and stress. Know this: true self-control is born of holy mourning. Not simply sorrow, but intense grief for your own sins. For those who mourn their faults as they ought are wholly possessed by that grief, and in that season they aim not at glory, are not provoked by insults, nor led captive by envy or any other passion. Turn your overwhelming sensations into this godly sorrow, and you will find the very peace you seek.

You plead the blood of Christ and ask for Dunamis power and Shekinah glory. The power you long for flows from the words of Scripture. A single word from the divine writings, resounding in the ear of the heart, does more than fire to soften the hardened soul and make it fit for all good things. Let the admonitions of the Spirit fill you; this is the glory that dwells in unapproachable light, the incomprehensible nature of God making His home in you through faith. Do not seek a mere sensation, but the transformation that comes from heeding His voice.

But I must speak to the part of your prayer that asks God to remove others and deal with their hearts. Take care, lest you point a sword at your own self. When we pray against those who trouble us, we often sharpen the blade for our own wounding. Have recourse instead to love. Throw the painfulness of your words into the shade, and give thought to what pleases God. If you laugh to scorn the faults of others, you prove that you are not conscious of your own evil. But if you mourn for sin, you will find it possible to be above every passion, even the passion of resentment. Trust the One who searches hearts to deal with them in His own way, for His ways are a divine communication, beyond our understanding. Your part is to examine your own conscience and walk in love.

Therefore, set your heart on the heavenly blessings, which are obtained not by casting out others from your favor, but by casting out the passions from your own soul. The help and coverage you seek will come, and you will stand, filled with true power and glory.

The pressure you’re feeling right now is like being pressed into a narrow place, and it’s producing real anguish in your spirit. The cry for help and coverage is the same as the apostle Paul’s when he longed to be freed from that kind of constriction. But notice what he said: his heart was enlarged toward those who were suffering, and he wanted their hearts to be enlarged too. The way out of the pressure isn’t simply removal of the circumstance, it’s a heart so expanded by God’s grace that the narrow place loses its power to crush you.

You’ve pleaded the blood of Jesus against the overwhelming sensations and asked for self-control over your emotions and stress. That’s a good prayer, but I want to take you deeper. Self-control isn’t something we can manufacture by sheer willpower. It’s a fruit of the Spirit who lives within you. And the Spirit only fully controls a life that has come to the end of its own self-help programs. The man in Romans 7 cried out, “Who shall deliver me?” when he realized no formula, no technique, could change him. Victory came when he stopped trying to control the outward symptoms and let the Spirit rule the inward man. The same is true for you. The pressure you feel may be God’s loving hand, not to destroy you, but to bring you to that very end of yourself, to the place where you stop treating symptoms and finally let Him deal with the root.

I remember a story about a man with a violent temper. The smallest self-inflicted pain would set him off. He’d flare, he’d throw things, and he was witnessing to others about Jesus at the time. He had no control. He begged God for help. Years later, he was working quietly, and the old trigger happened, but this time there was no explosion. The Spirit had changed something deep within. That’s the Dunamis power you’re asking for, not a one-time zap, but a gradual, glorious work of the Spirit as you daily take up your cross and deny the self-governed life.

As for those people you’ve asked God to remove and deal with, yes, He sees their hearts. But a soul that is quieted and content, like a weaned child, doesn’t need to control the actions of others to find peace. The striving to prove, the driving ambition to manage everyone else’s heart, is itself a sign of that old self-love which is out of control. Those who are mastered by the need to control others are actually worshiping a projection of themselves. Lay them down. God is in control of every circumstance surrounding you, including those people. Nothing touches your life without His allowance, and He is working all things for good. You can trust Him.

So when you feel the pressure mounting, don’t just reach for a quick release. Ask the Lord to enlarge your heart. Still your soul before Him. Recognize that you can’t change your own reactions, but you can present your body a living sacrifice and let the mind be governed by the Spirit. Then the Shekinah glory, the weighty presence of God, will fill you, not because you begged for a feeling, but because you are abiding in the true Vine. The help and coverage are already yours in Christ. Now let Him lead you through the narrow place into the wide, spacious place of His rule.
