Looks like I am being scapegoated because they will not give me the information needed to enable a satisfactory response. It will cost $### if a solicitor has to go in and get the information to enable a response and it is not a recoverable amount. I have launched a grievance alleging the failure to supply the information to enable a response is bullying. I am soooo tired. Sleepless nights. I have had it. Dear God, thank You for all Your help, even that which I don't see but realise You so all things well. Please will You vindicate me. By Your Grace I have been able to restrain myself and act with courtesy and dignity. When I did feel defensive You gave me the words to politely excuse myself from the meeting. My support person said my behaviour was such that the HR person and Manager might feel a bit confused as to who really is in the wrong. She said that it looked like they were expecting an angry reaction but you stayed nice and pleasant. I believe You will vindicate me in Your perfect timing. O God, will You help me to sleep the rest of this night. I don't feel ashamed, that I am in this situation. We are passing through this leg of the journey. Should I apply for compensation to the tribunal or simply have this situation on record with them. I have no idea, Thank You. In Jesus Christ's Name amen.
