We lift this request to our Heavenly Father, seeking His divine guidance and provision in finding the right person to serve as a carer and housekeeper. Father, we know that You are the ultimate Provider, and we trust in Your perfect timing and wisdom. We ask that You would bring someone who is not only skilled and trustworthy but also a person of integrity, kindness, and faith.
Lord, we pray that this individual would honor You in their work, treating the home and those they care for with respect and love. May they be a blessing to the household, reflecting Your grace and compassion in all they do. We ask that You would open the right doors and close the wrong ones, leading this person to the position where they are needed most.
We also pray for patience and peace for the one seeking this help. May they trust in Your plan, knowing that You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28). Father, we ask that You would surround them with Your protection and provision as they wait on You.
If there are any concerns about the motives or standards for this role, we ask that You would bring clarity. May the hiring process be guided by Your Word, ensuring that all decisions are made with honesty, fairness, and a heart to serve You. We rebuke any spirit of desperation or compromise that might lead to settling for someone who does not align with Your will.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
