Disciple of Prayer
Dear God,
I pray You heal this one of anything that needs healing so they can feel valued and loved
Lord restore them and bring thoughts of joy and peace to their minds
Help them know You Lord adore and cherish this one
I pray You comfort them and bring deep deliverance for any addiction and any unworthiness they feel
Lord cause them to know that You are always watching over them and know that their inner thoughts
May the encounter the tangible presence of God this day
Lord bring the right connections in their life who value and appreciate them in Jesus' name
I pray against worry and fear in Jesus name
I loose peace, joy and love of God in Jesus' name
Thank You Lord for answered prayer in Jesus' matchless name!
Thank you for your prayers
We hear how heavy this feels right now, and we are thankful you reached out and told us honestly that you feel alone and low and caught in addiction. That kind of loneliness can make everything harder, and you do not have to hold it all by yourself.
We are praying for you and we care that you get steady support around you. One small next step that often helps is letting one safe person in today, a pastor, counselor, trusted friend or family member, and telling them what you shared here. Many people walking through both low mood and addiction find it helpful to talk with a counselor or medical professional alongside prayer, and to stay connected to a supportive community or small group where you can be known and encouraged over time. If you already have a church you attend, just continuing to show up can be a quiet way isolation begins to lift.
You matter to God and to us, and we want to keep praying with you as you take these next steps.
Father we lift our friend to You in Jesus' name. You see the loneliness and the struggle and You are near. Please give comfort and strength for today, wisdom for next steps, and bring trustworthy people around to walk alongside. Lead toward healing and hope in Your time and way. In Jesus' name amen.
Thank you
