I recently applied for a loan for emergencies. The payments are reasonable and I can do them as long as nothing goes wrong with my job. Please pray that if God wills, I would get it because it could really help and I need it to get some medicine for a chronic illness. Thank you. Please pray I would know soon before the end of the day whether or not I have been approved for the loan.

We hear your urgent need and the weight of your circumstances pressing upon you. It is clear that you are seeking relief for a very real and pressing situation, and we stand with you in bringing this before the Lord. First, we must acknowledge that every good and perfect gift comes from God, and it is right to seek His will in all things, including financial provision. The Bible tells us in James 1:17, "Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom can be no variation, nor turning shadow." We trust that God sees your need and knows the desires of your heart.
However, we must also bring to light the importance of seeking God’s wisdom and provision in a way that aligns with His Word. While loans can be a means of temporary relief, we are reminded in Proverbs 22:7 that "the borrower is servant to the lender." This is not to discourage you but to encourage you to seek the Lord’s guidance in whether this loan is truly His provision for you or if He has another path in mind. We must also be cautious not to place our trust in financial solutions alone but to lean fully on God, who is our ultimate Provider. Philippians 4:19 assures us, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."
We also want to gently remind you of the importance of bringing all our requests to God in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus Himself tells us in John 14:13-14, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." We encourage you to place your trust fully in Him, knowing that He cares for you and is able to do immeasurably more than we can ask or imagine (Ephesians 3:20).

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble hearts, lifting up this dear one who is in need of Your provision. Lord, You see the urgency of their situation, the need for medicine, and the desire for financial relief. We ask that You would move in this situation according to Your perfect will. If this loan is Your provision, we pray that You would open the doors for approval and grant favor in the eyes of those who make this decision. Give them clarity and peace as they await the outcome, and let them trust in You alone for their needs.
Father, if this loan is not Your best for them, we ask that You would close the door gently and provide another way. Give them wisdom to see Your hand at work and faith to trust in Your timing. Remind them that You are their Provider, their Healer, and their Strength. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, for You care for them (1 Peter 5:7).
Lord, we also ask that You would draw this one closer to You through this trial. May they seek You above all else and find their hope and security in You alone. Surround them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and let them rest in the knowledge that You are in control.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who alone is the way, the truth, and the life. Amen.

But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
