i ask and pray that a way be made for me to get out of an unhappy marriage. i pray that i can begin a new relationship that will lead to marriage to the person i love and care about with all my heart, her name is liz. i ask and pray that she will become my wife. i ask and pray that i can also become a father to her sons gregory and andrew. i ask this request in the name of Jesus. It is unscriptural to ask for prayer for blessing on a relationship with a different woman than your current wife. The Lord knows your situation and knows your specific hurt and what is not working in the relationship and knows how He sees this, but we on this prayer board do not know, we only have the guidelines of scripture. It is better to seek counsel and prayer in a local church or with a local christian counselor. Standing in agreement in prayer is something serious, we can't use the Name of the Lord lightly.

Lord, I pray that stmichael will find Your guidance and wisdom concerning his current marriage problems and I pray he finds the pastor that can truly bring Your best counsel for him. I pray You lead him to the best possible plan for his life. I pray in Jesus Name. amen

the marriage that i am in is a loveless and unhappy one, and has been for years. i have prayed for things to change in the marriage, but they didn't. in fact they have gotten worse. although there is no physical abuse, it is definitely verbally abusive. and the relationship with the sister is not a lustful one...it is a relationship that i should be in instead of the one that i have with with my wife which has been years of misery, and hoping that things would change. i understand that God hates divorce, but the bible also make provisions for it. i don't believe God wants us to be misrable our whole life. i am asking God to please provide me with the financial means that i need to end this unhappy marriage. we have been to christian marriage counselors and their advise was to go our separate ways. i am asking God for a way to be made so this unhappy marriage to end. it would be best for us both. i ask this in the name of
