Lingering symptoms stomach flue

Normal stomach acid and healed stomach for my mother and me.
My old mom to be finally totally healed from lingering symptoms of stomach flu. After 2 courses of antibiotics and food supplements for digestion and immunity, she still has occasional cramps.
