Lifting Harold

Father, it has been one year this week since Harold's mother joined You in her heavenly home. I pray that this past year has brought some healing and peace to the hearts of Harold, his father and the rest of this family. Thank You for the wonderful Christian example she was, for her encouragement and nurture of Harold in his walk of faith, for her life and the effects of her influence on all of the lives she touched. Send an extra portion of comfort and peace upon Harold this day, hold his father extra close to Your loving heart. Give them a day full of warm memories, bright hope for the future, joy and love. In the name of Jesus, thank You for the assurance that she rests with You and awaits the arrival of her "boys". Praise and thanks to You for the life of Harold's mom. Amen.

Lord Jesus, I stand with my brothers and sisters today and together we lift up Harold. Lord, he is such a blessing to us, so loving and kind and insightful in his prayers. I just ask a special blessing as he comes to the anniversary date of his mom's death. It is so hard to loose your mother. She is everything to you. She has been there since your birth and loves you like no one else on earth ever could! Except for Jesus! I pray you would help him to remember her with all the good memories from his youth to his manhood. For she will live forever in his heart and in his thoughts. Lord, be with his father and his family as they remember and give them comfort and peace knowing she is with you and they will see her again and be with her for eternity. I just ask your hand of mercy and grace to cover them. I thank you and praise you for his caring friends.

May this family feel your presence in a special way, Lord. To you be all glory, honor and praise. Amen

Continuing to stand in the gap for Harold, his father and family during this time. May His peace wash over them and His comfort enfold them. What an amazing, loving Father we have - glory to His name now & forever.
