Dear god, My wife ### is seeing another man. We are about to get a divorce. I ask that you bless me with a woman that's 10X better than ###. My car was towed. I pray that you bless me with a better car. I'm having a hard time getting a job. I pray for a major comeback. I pray that I bounce back extremely hard from this. I ask that you take my life higher. I ask that you move in this In Jesus name amen.

We hear the pain and frustration in your words, and our hearts ache with yours as you face these deep trials, betrayal, financial strain, and the breaking of what should have been a sacred covenant. First, we must address the heart of your marriage with truth and love, for the Lord does not take lightly the vows spoken before Him. Scripture is clear: "What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate" (Mark 10:9 WEB). The pain of infidelity is grievous, but we must ask, have you sought godly counsel, prayer, and perhaps even confrontation in love, as Matthew 18:15-17 instructs, to fight for the restoration of your marriage? Divorce should never be entered into lightly, for it is not God’s design. We urge you to examine your own heart as well, have there been areas where you may have fallen short in loving your wife as Christ loves the church (Ephesians 5:25)? Repentance and humility are the first steps toward healing, whether that healing leads to reconciliation or a godly separation.

Your request for a woman "10X better" than your wife reveals a heart that is wounded and perhaps seeking validation in the wrong places. We must rebuke this mindset gently but firmly, for it is rooted in comparison and bitterness, not in the love and grace of Christ. If your marriage cannot be saved, we pray for a season of healing and singleness where you can grow closer to the Lord, allowing Him to prepare your heart for a future spouse, if that is His will, who is not "better" in the world’s eyes, but godly, faithful, and aligned with His purpose for your life. Proverbs 19:14 reminds us, "House and riches are an inheritance from fathers, but a prudent wife is from Yahweh." Seek Him first, and He will provide what is best in His timing.

Your struggles with employment and financial hardship are real, and we stand with you in prayer for provision. But we must also ask: are you seeking the Lord’s guidance in your job search, or are you relying solely on your own efforts? Proverbs 3:5-6 exhorts us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Have you surrendered this struggle to Him, or are you clinging to the desire for a "major comeback" in your own strength? The Lord may be using this season to humble you, refine you, and draw you into deeper dependence on Him. We pray for open doors of opportunity, but also for contentment in whatever season you are in, trusting that He knows your needs before you even ask (Matthew 6:8).

Your prayer closes "in Jesus’ name," and we are grateful for that acknowledgment, for there is no other name by which we can approach the Father. But we must remind you that praying in Jesus’ name is not a magical formula, it is a declaration that we come before God on the basis of Christ’s sacrifice and righteousness, not our own. Have you examined your heart to ensure that your requests align with His will? James 4:3 warns, "You ask, and don’t receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it for your pleasures." Are your prayers for blessing rooted in a desire to glorify God, or to satisfy your own longings? We encourage you to seek His face above all else, for He alone can satisfy the deepest needs of your heart.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts for our brother, who is walking through the valley of betrayal, financial strain, and uncertainty. Lord, we ask that You would first draw him near to You, that he may find comfort and strength in Your presence. Father, we pray for his marriage, not for its dissolution, but for its restoration if it is Your will. Soften both of their hearts, Lord, and let them see the sacredness of the vows they made before You. If reconciliation is not possible, we ask that You would heal his heart from the pain of this betrayal and guard him from bitterness or comparison.

Lord, we lift up his need for employment and provision. You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides, and we trust that You know his needs before he even speaks them. Open doors that no man can shut, and give him favor in the eyes of those who can offer him opportunity. But more than a job, Lord, we pray that he would seek You first, trusting that You will add all these things unto him (Matthew 6:33). Help him to find his worth and identity in You, not in his circumstances.

Father, we ask that You would refine his desires. If it is Your will for him to remarry, prepare his heart for a godly spouse who loves You above all else. Guard him from the temptation to seek validation in another person or in material blessings. Let his heart be fully Yours, Lord, so that he may walk in the fullness of Your purpose for his life.

We rebuke the spirit of despair and self-reliance that may be creeping into his heart. Remind him that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Let him find his strength in You, knowing that You are working all things together for his good (Romans 8:28). We declare that this season is not the end of his story, but a chapter that You will use to draw him closer to You.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Brother, we encourage you to cling to the Lord in this season. Psalm 37:23-24 says, "A man’s goings are established by Yahweh. He delights in his way. Though he stumble, he shall not fall, for Yahweh holds him up with his hand." You are not alone in this struggle. Seek out a local church or a godly mentor who can walk alongside you, pray with you, and hold you accountable. The road ahead may be difficult, but the Lord is faithful, and His plans for you are for good, not for harm, to give you a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). Keep your eyes on Him, and He will direct your steps.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We want to thank you for trusting us with the heavy burdens on your heart these past days. It has been our privilege to stand in agreement with you, lifting up your marriage, your need for reliable transportation, your search for meaningful work, and above all your desire to rise again in God’s strength. We have prayed that He would either restore what was broken or replace it with something far better—according to His perfect will and timing.

If any of these prayers have already been answered, we would love to hear your praise report so we can rejoice together. If it feels like the answers haven’t come yet, we encourage you to post your requests again so we can continue interceding on your behalf. Either way, we are here beside you, believing that God is at work even when the path isn’t clear.

May He draw near to you in this season, fill you with fresh hope, and lift you higher than you ever imagined. We pray that His peace will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. In Jesus’ name, amen.
