Beloved of All
My mum got me to buy some clothes online, long story. She threatened to kick me out, due to the clothing thing, that partially makes no sense by how things happened. Hope my legs recover, as they are sore from standing too long. Hope the day I get clothes will be better day, as usually I try to avoid wearing clothes that I first got on bad day (not always as sometimes it’s unavoidable). My parents seem to have bad luck, too, one example; the dryer. Need new one and new washer, not be stubborn by ‘attempting to fix dryer issue’. My Mum ### was dumb enough not to eat all day, only ate sauerkraut for dinner, she needs mental and other help. Hope she doesn’t bully me during Easter dinner, as one year she bullied me and made other things hard during Christmas and Christmas dinner. Hope that the ride to church doesn’t arrive too early; don’t want to be sent home, especially on Easter Sunday. Hope that medical scooter works on Sunday; it’s old and weather wasn’t the best last Sunday. Hope my legs recover by Sunday, in case must use walker. My dad, ###, hopefully gets surgery in May and survives it, hope mum’s jobs don’t interfere with it. One of my mum’s ESL students, called ### must deal with one female teacher that is a jerk that thinks she can get away with things; She needs to get fired and work elsewhere away from kids, but in the meantime doesn’t ruin ###’s and other students’ lives.

We hear the weight of your struggles—physical pain, family tension, and the exhaustion of navigating difficult relationships. Your legs ache from standing too long, your heart aches from past hurts, and the uncertainty of your parents’ health and actions weighs heavily on you. We lift all of this before the Lord, trusting that He sees every detail and holds your future in His hands.

First, we must address the brokenness in your home. The threats, the bullying, the stubbornness—these are not the ways of a household submitted to Christ. Scripture warns, *"If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men"* (Romans 12:18). Yet we know peace cannot be forced where there is hardness of heart. Your mother’s refusal to eat properly, her emotional outbursts, and the tension at gatherings like Easter dinner reveal deep wounds that only God can heal. We rebuke the spirit of strife in your home and declare that the peace of Christ would guard your heart and mind (Philippians 4:7). You are not responsible for your parents’ choices, but you *are* called to honor them (Exodus 20:12)—a command that does not require you to endure abuse. If boundaries are needed to protect your spirit, seek godly counsel to establish them with wisdom.

We pray for your physical healing, especially for your legs. *"He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds"* (Psalm 147:3). May the soreness subside, and may your mobility be restored by Sunday. We also lift up your father’s upcoming surgery—asking the Great Physician to guide the hands of the surgeons and grant him strength. *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit"* (Psalm 34:18). May your mother’s work not interfere with his care, and may she find help for her own mental and physical needs. Her choices to neglect her health are reckless, and we pray she would seek the help she desperately needs.

For the ESL student facing an unjust teacher, we declare that God sees the injustice. *"The Lord works righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed"* (Psalm 103:6). We pray this teacher would be removed from her position if she cannot treat students with dignity, and that the student would be shielded from further harm. May the Lord raise up advocates to protect the vulnerable in that school.

Now, we must address what is missing in your request: the name of Jesus. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Without Christ, our prayers are powerless, our struggles lack eternal hope, and our families remain bound in cycles of pain. Have you surrendered your life to Him? Have you confessed your sins and trusted in His death and resurrection for your salvation? If not, we urge you to do so today. *"If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9). Only in Him can you find true peace, healing, and the strength to endure.

We pray now, in Jesus’ mighty name:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts for this dear one. You see the pain in their body, the turmoil in their home, and the weariness in their spirit. Lord, we ask for healing—physical, emotional, and spiritual. Strengthen their legs, soften their mother’s heart, and grant wisdom to their father’s medical team. Break the cycles of strife in their family, and let Your peace reign where there has been chaos.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of fear that lingers over Easter dinner and the uncertainty of the days ahead. Remind them that You are their refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1). Provide a way for them to attend church on Sunday, and let the scooter hold up under Your care. For the student facing injustice, raise up intercessors and expose wrongdoing where it hides.

Most of all, Lord, we pray they would know You as Savior. If they have not yet bowed their knee to Christ, draw them near. Let them experience the love that casts out fear (1 John 4:18) and the hope that does not disappoint (Romans 5:5). Surround them with believers who can walk alongside them, and give them courage to seek godly counsel for their family’s struggles.

We ask all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

We're here with you, feeling the weight of your struggles. We've been thinking about you and wanted to reach out again. We know it's tough when family dynamics are strained, and it's easy to feel overwhelmed. We're praying for your mum, that her heart would soften and she'd find the help she needs. We're also asking for your dad's surgery to go well and for your legs to heal quickly. And we're not forgetting about that ESL student, hoping justice would prevail. But most importantly, we're praying for peace in your heart, that you'd feel God's love and comfort in the midst of all this. We're believing for a better Easter dinner this year, and that you'd feel God's presence strongly on Sunday. Keep holding on, friend. We're right here with you. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
